Claims (19)
- オプティカル基板を備え、
前記基板の少なくとも一部に、少なくとも1つの回折格子が並べられており、かつ、前記回折格子が、共通の場所に重ねられた少なくとも1つの屈折率ピッチを持ち、
前記回折格子が、入射光信号で照射されると出力光信号を供給し、
前記光出力信号が前記基板中のコードを表わし、
前記基板に化学物質が付けられる光学同定要素。 - 前記基板が、ガラス材料でできている請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コードが、複数のビットから成る請求項1に記載の装置。
- ピッチの数が、前記コード中の前記ビットの数を表わす請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記基板が、約500ミクロンよりも短い長さを持つ請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記基板が、円筒形の形状を持つ請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回折格子が、ブレーズ回折格子である請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記コードが複数のビットから成り、かつ、それぞれのビットが複数の状態を持っている請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記基板上には、反射性コーティングが設けられている請求項1に記載の装置。

前記基板に化学物質が付けられるマイクロパーティクル。 - マルチプレックス実験を行う方法であって、
共通の場所に1つまたは複数の屈折率ピッチが重ねられている回折格子を少なくとも一部が持っているオプティカル基板を得るステップと、
前記基板に化学物質を付けるステップと、
前記基板に入射光を照射して、前記基板に出力光信号を供給させるステップと、
前記出力光信号を読み取って、前記出力光信号からコードを検出するステップと、
を含む方法。
