Abstract
Description
本発明は改良を受けさせたオキシ塩化ビスマス効果顔料およびこれの製造方法に関する。より詳細には、本発明は、カーボンブラックの粒子がほぼ表面に「固定された状態で(locked−in)」埋め込まれるように改良を受けさせたオキシ塩化ビスマス効果顔料に関し、これの製造は、可溶ビスマス塩に加水分解を塩化物の存在下で受けさせそしてその加水分解反応混合物に前記粒子を添加した後にアルミニウムまたは希土類金属塩を添加することを通して実施可能である。
(発明の説明)
本発明に従い、通常のオキシ塩化ビスマス結晶製造に、カーボンブラック粒子を用いた後にアルミニウムまたは希土類金属を添加することによって前記粒子を前記結晶に固定する(固着させる)ことによる修飾を受けさせる。
DE*=[(DL*)2+(Da*)2+(Db*)2]1/2
[式中、DL*、Da*およびDb*は、当該板の暴露部分と未暴露部分の間のL*、a*およびb*値の差を表す]
を用いて計算する。DE*の値が高ければ高いほど当該板の暴露部分と未暴露部分の間の外観の変化が大きい。逆に、DE*が低ければ低いほど光安定性が高いことを示している。DE*が1未満の場合、一般に、裸眼では見分けられない。
下記の材料を徹底的に混合することで分散させる:

防腐剤および抗酸化剤 適量
次に、7部のパルミチン酸オクチルと1部のネオペンタン酸イソステアリルを加熱して均一になるまで混合し、その時点で、結果として得た混合物を前記分散液の中に噴霧して混合を継続する。その混合した材料を粉砕した後、Cloisonne Red 424Cを5部および前記被覆を受けさせたBiOClを5部加えそして混合を均一な粉末アイシャドーが得られるまで行う。

抗酸化剤 適量
前記被覆を受けさせたBiOClが13部でカオリンが1部の混合物を加えた後、混合を前記BiOClの全部が充分に分散するまで行う。所望に応じて香料を加えた後、撹拌を伴わせて混合を行う。その結果として得た混合物を75±5℃の鋳型の中に流し込んだ後、冷却しそして炎で処理(flamed)することで口紅を生じさせた。
Claims (10)
- オキシ塩化ビスマス結晶を含んで成っていて前記結晶のほぼ表面に埋め込まれているカーボンブラック粒子を有しかつアルミニウムおよび希土類金属の中の少なくとも1種を前記粒子が顔料から失われるのを遅くするに充分な量で含有する効果顔料。
- 前記粒子が該顔料の総重量の約0.5から20重量パーセントである請求項1記載の効果顔料。
- 前記希土類金属がセリウムである請求項1記載の効果顔料。
- アルミニウムを含有する請求項1記載の効果顔料。
- 顔料を含有する組成物であって、前記顔料が請求項1記載の効果顔料であることで改良された組成物。
- 請求項5記載の前記組成物を含んで成る塗料。
- オキシ塩化ビスマス顔料の製造方法であって、可溶ビスマス塩と塩化物イオンを加水分解条件下の水性媒体中で一緒にすることでオキシ塩化ビスマス結晶の水性分散液を生じさせ、前記水性分散液にカーボンブラック粒子を添加し、アルミニウムまたは希土類金属の少なくとも1種の塩を前記粒子が入っている分散液と一緒にしそしてpHを上昇させることを含んで成る、上記方法。
- 前記粒子の量を前記ビスマス塩の重量を基準にして約0.5から20重量パーセントにする請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記希土類金属がセリウムでありそしてpHを少なくとも約8にまで上昇させる請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記粒子が入っている分散液と一緒にする前記塩が硝酸アルミニウムでありそしてpHを少なくとも約7にまで上昇させる請求項7記載の方法。
