Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 送信周波数出力を提供する第1のプルアブル発振器回路と、
周波数オフセットによって前記送信周波数出力からオフセットされる受信周波数出力を提供する第2のプルアブル発振器回路と、
前記送信周波数出力を受信し、製品レベルに接続可能なマイクロ波送信パルスを提供する第1のパルス発生器と、
前記受信周波数出力を受信し、マイクロ波ゲートパルスを提供する第2のパルス発生器と、
前記マイクロ波ゲートパルスを受信し、反射遅延時間によって遅れた、製品レベルから反射したマイクロ波送信パルスを受信するために前記製品レベルに接続可能であり、ゲート遅延パルス出力を提供するゲートと、
前記ゲート遅延パルス出力を受信し、前記製品レベルを表わすレベル出力を提供するコントローラと、
前記第1およびと第2のプルアブル発振器に接続される基準周波数出力を提供する基準水晶振動子回路とからなり、
前記送信/受信周波数出力が、前記基準周波数出力の関数として引き出される製品レベル送信機。 - 前記マイクロ波送信パルスと前記マイクロ波ゲートパルスとの間のゲート遅延時間が、製品レベルの範囲に一致するゲート遅延時間の範囲に及び、前記ゲート遅延時間が、同じ基準周波数の関数として送信周波数出力および受信周波数の両方を引き出すことによって安定する掃引速度で進む請求項1の製品レベル送信機。
- 前記第1のプルアブル発振器回路が、前記第2のプルアブル発振器中の第2の回路構成部品と実質的に同一の第1の回路構成部品を含み、前記第1および第2の回路構成部品が、前記周波数オフセットを提供するために、異なる構成部品パラメータを有する請求項1の製品レベル送信機。
- 前記第1のプルアブル発振器回路が、第1の水晶および第1のバラクタダイオードを含み、前記送信周波数が200ppm未満の範囲で引き出し可能な請求項3の製品レベル送信機。
- 前記第2のプルアブル発振器回路が、第2の水晶および第2のバラクタダイオードを含み、前記受信周波数が200ppm未満の範囲で引き出し可能な請求項3の製品レベル送信機。
- 前記第1のプルアブル発振器回路が、前記基準周波数出力を受信する第1の位相比較器を含み、前記第2のプルアブル発振器回路が、前記基準周波数出力を受信する第2の位相比較器を含む請求項1の製品レベル送信機。
- 前記第1のプルアブル発振器回路が、前記第1の位相比較器に接続された第1の低域フィルタを含み、前記第2のプルアブル発振器回路が、前記第2の位相比較器に接続された第2の低域フィルタを含む請求項6の製品レベル送信機。
- 前記第1の位相比較器が、周波数分割因数R1で割った前記基準周波数出力と周波数分割因数N1で割った前記送信周波数出力との位相比較の関数として前記送信周波数を引き出す請求項6の製品レベル送信機。
- 前記第2の位相比較器が、周波数分割因数R2で割った前記基準周波数出力と周波数分割因数N2で割った前記受信周波数出力との位相比較の関数として前記受信周波数を引き出す請求項8の製品レベル送信機。
- 前記コントローラがシリアルバスに沿って前記第1および第2のプルアブル発振器回路に接続され、前記周波数分割因数R1、N1、R2、N2を提供する請求項9の製品レベル送信機。
- 前記コントローラが、前記製品レベル送信機への給電に続く時間間隔中に前記周波数分割因数R1、N1、R2、N2を提供する請求項10の製品レベル送信機。
- 前記周波数分割因数R1、N1、R2、N2がハードウェアで配線されている請求項10の製品レベル送信機。
- 前記コントローラが、前記位相比較器に接続されたマイクロプロセッサである請求項10の製品レベル送信機。
- 前記周波数分割因数R1、N1が、前記周波数オフセットを引き起こす量だけ前記周波数分割因数R2、N2と異なる請求項10の製品レベル送信機。
- 前記コントローラが、較正時間間隔中に前記周波数分割因数R1、N1、R2、N2を提供する請求項10の製品レベル送信機。
- 前記第1および第2のプルアブル発振器回路、および前記基準発振器回路が、10ミリワット未満の総電力消費を有する請求項10の製品レベル送信機。
