Abstract
Description
コバルト 10〜82重量%
クロム 10〜35重量%
アルミニウム 8〜14重量%
必要に応じ他の選択的な合金添加物と残部のニッケル
を含む。このような合金添加物は、この組成又は他の組成においても例えばケイ素(2重量%迄)、レニウム(0.3〜5重量%)及びタンタル(8重量%迄)である。
第I群は、酸素親和力のある少なくとも1つの元素、即ち熱力学的に極めて安定な酸化物を形成する、イットリウム、セリウム、スカンジウム、ランタン及び/又は他のランタニドの群からの元素であり、これら元素の合計濃度は0.02〜1重量%、特に0.05〜0.5重量%の範囲内である。
第II群は、ハフニウム、ジルコニウム及びチタンの群からの少なくとも1つの元素である。即ちこれらの元素は熱力学的に窒素及び炭素と極めて安定な化合物(窒化物及び炭化物)を形成するからである。これらの元素の合計濃度は0.02〜1重量%、特に0.05〜0.3重量%の範囲内である。
第III群は、炭素及び/又は窒素であり、炭素と窒素の合計濃度は0.005〜0.2重量%、特に0.01〜0.1重量%である。
Claims (12)
- 上側に酸化アルミニウム皮膜を施した、特にタービン翼用のMCrAl薄膜(ここでMは鉄Fe、コバルトCo、ニッケルNiの1つを示す)において、該酸化アルミニウム皮膜が微細多孔質に形成されたことを特徴とするMCrAl薄膜。
- 特にタービン翼用のMCrAl薄膜(ここでMは鉄、コバルト、ニッケルの元素の1つを示す)において、MCrAl薄膜が次に記載する第I、第II及び第IIIの3群からの元素をそれぞれ少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とするMCrAl薄膜。
第I群:合計濃度が0.02〜1重量%の範囲内にある、イットリウム、セリウム、スカンジウム、ランタン及び/又は他のランタニド、
第II群:合計濃度が0.02〜0.2重量%の範囲内にある、ハフニウム、ジルコニウム、チタン、および
第III群:合計濃度が0.005〜0.2重量%の範囲にある炭素及び/又は窒素。 - 第I群からの元素の濃度合計が0.05〜0.5重量%の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項2記載のMCrAl薄膜。
- 第II群からの元素の濃度合計が0.05〜0.3重量%の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項2記載のMCrAl薄膜。
- 第III群からの元素の濃度合計が0.01〜0.1重量%の範囲内にあることを特徴とする請求項2記載のMCrAl薄膜。
- MCrAl薄膜がNiCoCrAl薄膜であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のMCrAl薄膜。
- MCrAl薄膜が以下の組成を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のMCrAl薄膜。
コバルト 10〜82重量%
クロム 10〜35重量%
アルミニウム 8〜14重量%
必要に応じ他の合金添加物および残部のニッケル。 - MCrAl薄膜が他の合金添加物を含んでおり、該合金添加物として2重量%迄のケイ素が存在することを特徴とする請求項1又は7記載のMCrAl薄膜。
- MCrAl薄膜が他の合金添加物を含んでおり、該合金添加物として0.3〜5重量%のレニウムが存在することを特徴とする請求項1又は7記載のMCrAl薄膜。
- MCrAl薄膜が他の合金添加物を含んでおり、該合金添加物として8重量%迄のタンタルが存在することを特徴とする請求項1又は7記載のMCrAl薄膜。
- 酸化アルミニウム皮膜中の微細多孔質が熱処理及び/又は酸化により形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のMCrAl薄膜。
- MCrAl薄膜上にセラミックス断熱膜が施されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のMCrAl薄膜。
