Claims (5)
- コンピューターに連結され使用されるハプティックジョイスティックシステムにおいて、
所定の自由度を有する機構部と、使用者が前記機構部を操作することにより発生される位置、方位に関する情報をコンピューターに入力する機能、および、同時に前記コンピューターから所定の力またはトークの演算結果を出力されて使用者が感知できるように前記機構部を操作する機能を有する制御部とからなるハプティックシステムとして、
前記機構部は第1リンク機構と第2リンク機構とが直列に連結されて構成され、
前記第1リンク機構が、基底面を構成するベースフレームと、一端が前記ベースフレームに所定の角度を成しながらピンジョイントで連結される複数の第1基部リンクと、一端がそれぞれの前記第1基部リンクの他端にピンジョイントで連結される第1端部リンクと、前記第1端部リンクの他端とピンジョイントで連結される第1プラットホームとからなり、
前記第1プラットホームが、x軸とy軸方向の並進運動と前記平面に垂直のz軸中心への回転運動との3自由度の運動が可能であり、
前記第2リンク機構が、一端が前記第1リンク機構のプラットホームにピンジョイントで連結される所定個数の第2基部リンクと、それぞれ前記第2基部リンクの他端にピンジョイントで連結される第2端部リンクと、前記第2端部リンクの他端がボールジョイントで連結される第2プラットホームとからなり、
前記第2プラットホームが、前記第1プラットホームに対してz軸方向の並進運動と、x軸及びy軸中心の回転運動との3自由度運動が可能であることにより、全体的に前記機構部が6自由度運動を具現できることを特徴とする並列型ハプティックジョイスティックシステム。 - 前記第1基部リンクは、前記ベースフレーム上で所定の角度を成しながら三つが配置され、前記第2基部リンクは、前記第1プラットホーム上で所定の角度を成しながら三つが配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の並列型ハプティックジョイスティックシステム。
- それぞれの前記第1基部リンクが前記ベース平面上でのz軸中心に回転運動できるようにする第1アクチュエータと、それぞれの前記第1基部リンクが回転する角度を測定できる第1センサとが前記ベースフレームにそれぞれ備えられることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の並列型ハプティックジョイスティックシステム。
- それぞれの前記第2基部リンクが前記第1プラットホーム上でのx、y平面に平行した軸を中心に回転運動ができるようにする第2アクチュエータと、それぞれの前記第2基部リンクが回転する角度を測定できる第2センサとが前記ベースフレームにそれぞれ備えられ、
前記第2アクチュエータの動力を前記第2基部リンクに伝達しうるように、前記第1基部リンク及び前記第1端部リンクのピンジョイントの下段に前記第1基部リンク及び前記第1端部リンクの回転と独立的に回転できる回転滑車が備えられ、該回転滑車はケーブル、その他動力伝達手段を用いて互いに連結され、前記第1端部リンクと前記第1プラットホームとが連結されるピンジョイントに動力伝達軸を備え、前記動力伝達軸と前記第2基部リンクとが連結されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の並列型ハプティックジョイスティックシステム。 - 前記制御部は、前記並列型ハプティックジョイスティックシステムが連結されるコンピューターに備えられることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の並列型ハプティックジョイスティックシステム。
