Claims (10)
- ベースウォールを有するハウジングと、
前記ベースウォールに設けられ、このベースウォールの外面のコールドシンク及びこのベースウォールの内面のホットシンクに熱的に接続されたペルチェ効果熱電装置と、
前記ハウジングのベースウォールと間隔をあけてほぼ平行に設けられた壁を有する食品容器であり、この容器の壁が前記ベースウォールとともに、このベースウォールとの間で前記コールドシンクを収容するダクトを形成している、前記ハウジングにサポートされた食品容器と、を備え、
前記容器の壁には、前記容器内への空気入り口開口と、前記容器からの空気出口開口と、が設けられ、
さらに、前記空気入り口開口及び空気出口開口の一方と、前記コールドシンクとの間で、前記ダクトの一端に設けられたファンを有し、
前記空気入り口開口及び空気出口開口の他方は、前記ダクトの他端を形成している、ことを特徴とするフードチラー。 - 前記容器は、取り外し可能に前記ハウジングに取り付けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記容器は、前記ハウジングの下に吊り下げられていて、スライド可能にこのハウジングに取り付けられている、ことを特徴とする請求項2記載の装置。
- 前記ダクトシステムを周囲外気に接続する導管をさらに備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記導管は、周囲外気の流れを制御するためのバルブを有している、ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の装置。
- 空気流の温度を制御するための、前記熱電装置の制御手段をさらに備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記熱電装置に供給される電流の極性を逆にする手段を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記熱電装置に供給される電流及び電圧の大きさを制御するための手段を有している、ことを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- 前記容器の内部からの排気ベントをさらに備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記排気ベントは、前記容器の壁又は前記ハウジングのベースウォールの調節可能なスロットを有している、ことを特徴とする請求項9記載の装置。
