- 少なくとも部分的に患者胸部の周りへの配置に適合したベルトおよび前記ベルトと操作可能につながっている締め付け用手段からなる胸部圧迫手段と、
前記胸部圧迫手段と患者の胸部との間に配置される嚢とを備え、
前記嚢は左側方部分、中央部分、右側方部分から構成され、各部分には圧力伝達媒体を入れ、圧力伝達媒体は各部分の間を行き来することを特徴とする患者にCPRを実施するためのシステム。 - 圧力伝達媒体は開放房状泡材および気体の組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 患者に操作可能に接続された徐細動器をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 患者に操作可能に接続された、生物学的パラメータを測定するための装置をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記嚢は該嚢の内部から該嚢の外部に連通する開口および該開口を制御するバルブをさらに含み、前記バルブは大気圧と前記嚢内部の圧力がほぼ同じ場合に開き、圧迫中に閉じることを特徴する請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 患者に操作可能に接続される徐細動器と、
患者に操作可能に接続される生物学的パラメータの測定装置と、
前記嚢の開口および前記開口を通る流れを制御するバルブとをさらに含み、
前記バルブは大気圧と前記嚢内部の圧力がほぼ同じ場合に開き、圧迫中に閉じることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記嚢の中央部分の下面は弾性素材で作られていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記嚢の中央部分の下面は弾性素材で作られていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記嚢の中央部分の下面は弾性素材で作られていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記嚢の中央部分の下面はひだ状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記嚢の中央部分の下面は弾性素材からなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 患者胸部への配置に適合したベルトと、
前記ベルトに操作可能に接続された、前記ベルトを締め付ける手段と、
患者と前記ベルトとの間への配置に適合した第1の嚢と、
前記第1の嚢の上で前記ベルトの下に配置する第2の嚢とを備えた、患者にCPRを実施するためのシステム。 - 前記第1の嚢は左側方部分、中央部分、右側方部分から構成され、前記各部分には圧力伝達媒体を入れ、前記圧力伝達媒体は前記各部分の間を行き来することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 患者胸部への配置に適合したベルトを有する、患者の胸部圧迫を実施する胸部圧迫装置を準備し、
前記胸部圧迫装置と患者の胸部の間への配置に適合した第1の嚢を準備し、ここで前記嚢は左側方部分、中央部分、右側方部分からなっていて圧力伝達媒体が前記各部分間を行き来し、
それから前記胸部圧迫装置および前記嚢を患者に固定し、前記嚢を前記ベルトと患者の胸部の間に配置し、
そして胸部圧迫を実施する、各ステップからなる患者に胸部圧迫を実施する方法。 - 前記圧力伝達媒体は開放房状泡材および気体の組み合わせであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記胸部圧迫装置を固定するステップの前に第2の嚢を準備し、
それから前記第1の嚢と前記ベルトとの間に前記第2の嚢を固定する、各ステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項14に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも部分的に患者胸部の周りへの配置に適合したベルトと、
患者の胸部の周りの前記ベルトを繰り返し締め付けたり緩めたりする手段と、
前記ベルトと患者の胸部との間に配置される嚢とを備え、
前記嚢は、中央部分、右側方部分および左側方部分を形成するために、前記嚢の上部表面と前記嚢の底部表面を合わせる第1の接合線と第2の接合線を有し、前記第1および第2の接合線は嚢に沿って縦に延びていることを特徴とする患者にCPRを実施するためのシステム。 - 前記嚢は、前記右側部分と前記中央部分をつなぐ第1の通路および前記左側部分と前記中央部分をつなぐ第2の通路をさらに有し、前記第1および第2の接合線は前記嚢に沿って縦に延びていることを特徴とする請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも部分的に患者胸部の周りへの配置に適合したベルトと、
患者の胸部上の前記ベルトを繰り返し締め付けたり緩めたりする手段と、
前記ベルトと患者の胸部との間に配置される嚢とを備え、
前記嚢は縦方向に向いた複数の腔からなることを特徴とする患者にCPRを実施するためのシステム。 - 前記嚢の隣接する各腔の間をつなぐ通路を有することを特徴とする請求項19に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも部分的に患者胸部の回りへの伸展に適合したベルト、および、胸部を繰り返し圧迫するために前記ベルトを繰り返し締め付けたり緩めたりする手段からなる胸部圧迫機構と、
患者の胸部と前記胸部圧迫機構との間への配置に適合した嚢とを備え、
前記嚢は患者の右胸部への配置に適合した右側方部分、患者胸部の中央部への配置に適合した中央部分、および、患者の左胸部への配置に適合した左側方部分からなり、前記嚢には胸部周囲で前記ベルトが緩んでいる状態を想定している第1の弛緩状況、および患者の胸部周囲でベルトが締め付けられている状態を想定している第2の加圧状況があり、前記弛緩状況では前記右側方部分、前記中央部分および前記左側方部分はそれぞれ流体で満たされ、前記加圧状況では前記右側方部分および前記左側方部分は相当押しつぶされて前記流体が前記中央部分に押しやられることを特徴とする患者の胸部を圧迫する装置。 - 前記嚢は該嚢を十分に満たす弾性泡材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の装置。
- 前記嚢の前記右側方部分を前記中央部分から実質上分離し、かつ、前記右側方部分を前記中央部分とつなぐ少なくとも1つの流体通路を形成する第1デバイダと、
前記嚢の前記左側方部分を前記中央部分から実質上分離し、かつ、前記左側方部分を前記中央部分とつなぐ少なくとも1つの流体通路を形成する第2デバイダとをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の装置。 - 前記嚢は患者胸部の全幅に十分行き渡ることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の装置。
- 前記嚢は患者胸部の全幅および高さに十分行き渡ることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の装置。
- 前記嚢は患者に対して幅約12〜16インチ(30.5〜40.7 cm)、高さ約6〜8インチ(15.2〜20.3 cm)であることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも部分的に患者胸部の周りへの伸展に適合したベルトと、
胸部を繰り返し圧迫するためのベルトを繰り返し締め付けたり緩めたりする手段と、
患者の胸部と前記ベルトの間への配置に適合した嚢とを備え、
前記嚢は患者の右胸部への配置に適合した右側方部分、患者胸部の中央部への配置に適合した中央部分、および、患者の左胸部への配置に適合した左側方部分からなり、前記嚢には胸部周囲で前記ベルトが緩んでいる状態を想定している第1の弛緩状況、および患者の胸部周囲で前記ベルトが締め付けられている状態を想定している第2の加圧状況があり、前記弛緩状況では前記右側方部分、前記中央部分および前記左側方部分はそれぞれ流体で満たされ、前記加圧状況では前記右側方部分および前記左側方部分は相当押しつぶされて前記流体が前記中央部分に押しやられることを特徴とする患者の胸部を圧迫する装置。 - 前記嚢は該嚢を十分に満たす弾性泡材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項27に記載の装置。
- 前記嚢は、該嚢の前記右側方部分を前記中央部分から実質上分離し、かつ、前記右側方部分を中央部分とつなぐ少なくとも1つの流体通路を形成する第1デバイダと、前記嚢の前記左側方部分を前記中央部分から実質上分離し、かつ、前記左側方部分を前記中央部分とつなぐ少なくとも1つの流体通路を形成する第2デバイダとをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項27に記載の装置。
- 前記嚢は患者胸部の全幅に十分行き渡ることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の装置。
- 前記嚢は患者胸部の全幅および高さに十分行き渡ることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の装置。
- 前記嚢は患者に対して幅約16インチ(40.7 cm)、高さ約8インチ(20.3 cm)であることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の装置。
- 患者の胸部の中央部分の上への配置に適合したベースと、
患者の胸部を包むように構成されたベルトに接続された作動装置と、
前記ベースに取り付けられるとともに前記作動装置および前記ベルトに連結され、前記作動装置にかかる下向きの力を前記ベルトにかかる接線方向の力に変換する圧力変換器と、
前記ベースと患者の胸部との間に配置された、流体を満たした嚢とを備えた患者の胸部を圧迫する装置。 - 前記嚢は、患者の右胸部上への配置に適合した右側方部分、患者の胸部中央上への配置に適合した中央部分、および、患者の左胸部上への配置に適合した左側方部分を含み、前記嚢には、胸部周囲で前記ベルトが緩んでいる状態を想定している第1の弛緩状況と、患者の胸部周囲で前記ベルトが締め付けられている状態を想定している第2の加圧状況とがあり、前記弛緩状況では前記右側方部分、前記中央部分および前記左側方部分はそれぞれ流体で満たされ、前記加圧状況では前記右側方部分および前記左側方部分は相当押しつぶされて前記流体が前記中央部分に押しやられることを特徴とする請求項33に記載の装置。
- 前記嚢は、該嚢を十分に満たす弾性泡材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項33に記載の装置。
- 前記嚢は、該嚢を十分に満たす弾性泡材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項33に記載の装置。
- 前記嚢は、該嚢の前記右側方部分を前記中央部分から実質上分離し、かつ、前記右側方部分を前記中央部分とつなぐ少なくとも1つの流体通路を形成する第1デバイダと、前記嚢の前記左側方部分を前記中央部分から実質上分離し、かつ、前記左側方部分を前記中央部分とつなぐ少なくとも1つの流体通路を形成する第2デバイダとをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項34に記載の装置。
- 前記嚢は患者胸部の全幅に十分行き渡ることを特徴とする請求項33に記載の装置。
- 前記嚢は患者胸部の全幅および高さに十分行き渡ることを特徴とする請求項33に記載の装置。
