Description
Claims (13)
- 軸受により支持されるプーリを有するタイプの改良されたロックドセンターアイドラであって、前記軸受が張力調節部材に取付けられ、前記改良が、
前記張力調節部材が複機能固定具に協働する
ロックドセンターアイドラ。 - 前記張力調節部材が軸受のインナーポーションに協働するように構成された円筒部と、これを軸方向に貫通する偏心ボアとを備える請求項1に記載の改良。
- 前記張力調節部材が反作用摩擦面と抵抗摩擦面を備える請求項1に記載の改良。
- 前記反作用摩擦面が、前記複機能固定具の反作用相手面と協働して、前記抵抗摩擦面の相手面との協働により発生する抵抗トルクよりも大きな反作用トルクを前記張力調節部材に発生させる請求項3に記載の改良。
- 前記張力調節部材がプーリ取付部を有するアームと複機能固定具受容ボアとを備える請求項1に記載の改良。
- 前記張力調節部材が軸受のインナーポーションに協働するように構成された円筒部と、軸方向に延び、前記円筒部の中心からずれたピボットと、前記円筒部の長さ方向に開口し、かつ前記ピボットの周りに半径を定義する円弧を有する平均曲率を有する湾曲したスロットとを備える請求項1に記載の改良。
- 軸受により支持されたプーリを備え、
前記軸受が張力調節部材に取付けられ、
前記前記張力調節部材が複機能固定具と協働する
ロックドセンターアイドラ。 - 前記張力調節部材が軸受のインナーポーションと協働するように構成された円筒部と、軸方向に貫通する偏心ボアとを備える請求項7に記載のロックドセンターアイドラ。
- 前記張力調節部材が反作用摩擦面と抵抗摩擦面を備える請求項7に記載のロックドセンターアイドラ。
- 前記反作用摩擦面が、前記複機能固定具の反作用相手面と協働して、前記前記抵抗面の相手面との協働により発生する抵抗トルクよりも大きな反作用トルクを前記張力調節部材に発生させる請求項9に記載のロックドセンターアイドラ。
- 前記張力調節部材がプーリ取付部を有するアームと複機能固定具受容ボアとを備える請求項7に記載のロックドセンターアイドラ。
- 前記張力調節部材が軸受のインナーポーションと協働するように構成された円筒部と、軸方向に延び、前記円筒部の中心からずれたピボットと、前記円筒部の長さ方向に開口し、かつ前記ピボットの周りに半径を定義する円弧を有する平均曲率を有する湾曲したスロットとを備える請求項7のロックドセンターアイドラ。
- ベルト駆動動力伝達システムに張力を付与する方法であって、
プーリアゼンブリを供給し、
張力調節部材に前記プーリアゼンブリを取付け、
エンジンシリンダブロックに対して実質的に静止した取付部に、複機能固定具と共に前記張力調節部材を取付け、
前記プーリアゼンブリの周りに動力伝達ベルトを架け回し、
前記複機能固定具に締付けトルクを付与することによって前記動力伝達ベルトに張力を付与し、
前記複機能固定具に前記締付けトルクを付与することによって前記張力調節部材の位置を固定するステップを備える
