Claims (8)
- 樹脂注入プロセスにおいて、樹脂は少なくとも1つの真空バッグ内のプリホームに流れて、高い繊維体積分率を有する複合部品を形成し、改良点は、
樹脂の圧力を大気圧よりも減じて、プリホームへの正味の成形圧力を、予め定められたレベルの圧縮に保持するのに十分なくらいに維持することにより、高品質の複合部品の製造を可能にすることを含む、樹脂注入プロセス。 - 正味の成形圧力は、入ってくる樹脂への圧力を制御することによって制御される、請求項1に記載のプロセス。
- プリホームは、炭素、繊維ガラス、アラミド、または他の連続的なまたは非連続的な繊維材料および/または構成から選択された強化繊維を含む、請求項1に記載のプロセスによって製造された複合部品。
- 繊維体積分率の改善された制御を与えるために循環圧縮によって生成される圧縮されたプリホームであって、循環圧縮の利益は、樹脂圧力を制御することによって向上される、プリホーム。
- 樹脂を成形表面のプリホームへ流すステップを含む樹脂注入を用いて、高い繊維体積分率、予め定められた厚さ、および制御された厚さを有する複合部品を製造するためのプロセスであって、前記プロセスは、
