Description
−ポンプコンデンサを第1の三つ一組のスイッチと第2の三つ一組のスイッチに接続する第1の端子および第2の端子をさらに具備し、
−第1の三つ一組のスイッチは、第1の端子を第1の入力端子、基準端子または第2の出力端子の何れかに選択的に接続し、
−第2の三つ一組のスイッチは、第2の端子を第1の入力端子、基準端子または第1の出力端子の何れかに選択的に接続する、
チャージポンプによって達成される。
Claims (4)
- 第1の出力端子と基準端子との間で第1の出力電圧を生成し、第2の出力端子と基準端子との間で第2の出力電圧を生成し、DC電圧を入力する第1の入力端子と、前記第1の出力端子と前記基準端子との間に接続された第1の蓄積コンデンサと、前記第2の出力端子と前記基準端子との間に接続された第2の蓄積コンデンサとをさらに具備するチャージポンプであって、
ポンプコンデンサを第1の三つ一組のスイッチと第2の三つ一組のスイッチに接続する第1の端子および第2の端子をさらに具備し、
前記第1の三つ一組のスイッチは、前記第1の端子を前記第1の入力端子、前記基準端子または前記第2の出力端子の何れかに選択的に接続し、
前記第2の三つ一組のスイッチは、前記第2の端子を前記第1の入力端子、前記基準端子または前記第1の出力端子の何れかに選択的に接続する、
チャージポンプ。 - 基準周期信号と同期した信号のベクトルを生成するフェーズジェネレータ/デコーダをさらに具備し、前記信号のベクトルが前記スイッチの状態であるON状態とOFF状態を制御する、請求項1に記載のチャージポンプ。
- 前記第1の出力電圧および前記第2の出力電圧のそれぞれに対して、組み合わせ(−V,2V)、(−2V,2V)、(−V,V)、(V,−V)、(2V,−2V),(2V,−V)のうちの一つを生成する、請求項1または2に記載のチャージポンプ。
- 前記第1の出力電圧および前記第2の出力電圧をLCDディスプレイに給電する、請求項1に記載のチャージポンプを具備する給電システム。
