Claims (11)
- 紙または板紙のコアー層(24)を含むウェブ形状の包装積層材(22)の製造において、紙または板紙の材料ウェブ(40)の第一の面に熱可塑性材の外側層(26)を被覆(38)し、その後レーザー焼切り(46,48)によって包装積層材(22)の熱可塑性材を被覆された第一の面に、前記熱可塑性材層(26)および前記コアー層(24)を貫通する穿孔ライン(32)を形成する段階を含む方法であって、熱可塑性材による前記被覆(38)の後で、穿孔を形成する前に包装積層材(22)の前記第一の面を圧縮(44,10)して、前記コアー層(24)が圧縮される圧縮帯線(30)を形成し、その後前記穿孔ライン(32)を前記圧縮帯線(30)の中に形成する段階を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 圧縮帯線(30)および穿孔ライン(32)が互いに対して形成され、レーザー焼切り(48,46)の後に穿孔ライン(32)の周囲に形成された残屑の熱可塑性材が包装積層材(22)の周囲の面のレベルよりも実質的に全体に低く位置し、前記圧縮帯線(30)内のコアー層(24)は本来の厚さの最大70%、好ましくは最大60%で、少なくとも20%、好ましくは30%に圧縮されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された方法。
- 圧縮帯線(30)が穿孔ライン(32)よりもかなり広く、好ましくは少なくとも1.5倍の幅、さらに好ましくは少なくとも2倍の幅で、最大10倍の幅、好ましくは最大5倍の幅とされることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載された方法。
- 前記ウェブ状の包装積層材(22)が穿孔ライン(32)を形成された後に、ローラー(52)で、および(または)リール(54)に巻上げられてさらに処理されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか一項に記載された方法。
- 紙または板紙のコアー層(24)を含むウェブ形状の包装積層材(22)を製造するプラントであり、前記コアー層(24)の第一の面に熱可塑性材の被覆層(26)を形成する被覆ステーション(38)と、それに続くレーザー・バーナー(48)を含む穿孔ステーション(46)とを含み、穿孔ステーションは前記熱可塑性材層(26)および前記コアー層(24)を通して包装積層材(22)の第一の面の側からレーザー焼切り穿孔ライン(32)を形成するために配置されている前記プラントであって、前記被覆ステーション(38)および前記穿孔ステーション(46)の間に配置され、包装積層材(22)の前記第一の面の側に圧縮帯線(30)を形成するために配置された圧縮加工工具(10)を含む圧縮ステーションを備え、また前記圧縮帯線(30)の中に前記穿孔ライン(32)を形成するために前記穿孔ステーション(46)が配置されていることを特徴とするプラント。
- 前記圧縮加工工具(10)がローラー(12)を含み、ローラーは周面をまわる突出した圧縮加工部(16)を備えており、前記突出する圧縮加工部は好ましくは1〜3mm、さらに好ましくは1.5〜2.5mmの幅で、ローラーの周面(14)から好ましくは0.2〜2mm、さらに好ましくは0.2〜1mmの高さで、また押さえローラー(18)は滑らかな周面を備えていることが好ましく、前記ローラー(12)および前記押さえローラー(18)の間の間隙(20)が調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載されたプラント。
- 包装積層材のさらに他の処理または取扱いのための引き続くステーションを含み、それらのステーションにはローラー(52)および(または)リール(54)に包装積層材を巻取るステーションが含まれることを特徴とする請求項5または請求項6に記載されたプラント。
- 紙または板紙のコアー層(24)ならびにそのコアー層の第一の面上の熱可塑性被覆層(26)を含み、レーザー焼切りによりコアー層(24)および熱可塑性材層(26)を貫通形成された穿孔ラインを備えた包装積層材であって、包装積層材(22)の第一の面上の圧縮帯線(30)内に前記穿孔ライン(32)が配置され、圧縮帯線内では前記コアー層が圧縮されていることを特徴とする包装積層材。
- 圧縮帯線(30)および穿孔ライン(32)が互いに対して形成されて、穿孔ラインのまわりに形成された熱可塑性材の残屑(34)が包装積層材(22)の周囲の表面の高さ位置よりも完全に低く位置し、コアー層(24)は前記圧縮帯線内ではその周囲のコアー層の厚さの最大70%、好ましくは60%で、少なくとも20%、好ましくは30%に圧縮されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載された包装積層材。
- 圧縮帯線(30)が穿孔ライン(32)よりもかなり広く、好ましくは少なくとも1.5倍の幅、さらに好ましくは少なくとも2倍の幅で、最大10倍の幅、好ましくは最大5倍の幅であることを特徴とする請求項8または請求項9に記載された包装積層材。
- 前記熱可塑性材層(26)が20〜50g/m2、好ましくは20〜40g/m2の表面重量またはグラム数のものであり、また、好ましくは基本的にポリエチレンおよびポリプロピレンを含む群から選ばれた熱可塑性材を含むことを特徴とする請求項8から請求項9までのいずれか一項に記載された包装積層材。
