Abstract
Description
−2個の円錐型軸受要素をブラケットと板ばね支持体との間において取り付ける段階と、
−締付装置を機械的に調節して、弾性要素が軸方向にプレストレスを与えられるようにする段階とからなる。
Claims (11)
- 自動車に板ばね支持式台車用の懸架ばね装置を取り付けるための、ブラケット(2)と板ばね支持体(4)と2個の軸受要素(5a、5b)とからなる軸受機構(1)において、前記軸受要素(5a、5b)は、多数の円錐型管状支持要素(10a、10b、10c、10d)と少なくとも1個の円錐型管状ライナ(11a、11b、11c)とからなることを特徴とする軸受機構。
- 前記軸受要素(5a、5b)は、前記板ばね支持体(4)と前記ブラケット(2)との間において拘束されて、前記軸受要素(5a、5b)の軸方向のプレテンションの付与が達成されるようになることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受機構。
- 前記支持要素(10a、10b、10c、10d)は、最も内側の支持要素(10d)が最も外側の支持要素(10a)より長くなるように、軸方向の長さが変動することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の軸受機構。
- 前記支持要素(10a、10b、10c、10d)は、前記ライナ(11a、11b、11c)に堅固に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の軸受機構。
- 外側および/または内側の前記円錐型管状軸受要素(10a;10d)は、それぞれ軸方向において軸受機構の中心軸に対して平行な外側または内側面を有して設計されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の軸受機構。
- 前記円錐型管状支持要素(10a、10b、10c、10d)は、金属または複合材料によって製作されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の軸受機構。
- 前記少なくとも1個の円錐型管状ライナ(11a、11b、11c)は、ゴムまたはプラスチック材料によって製作されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の軸受機構。
- 1個の軸受要素(5a;5b)は、4個の円錐型管状支持要素(10a、10b、10c、10d)と3個の円錐型管状ライナ(11a、11b、11c)とによって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の軸受機構。
- 1個の軸受要素は、4個を超える個数の円錐型管状支持要素(10)と3個を超える個数の円錐型管状ライナ(11)とによって構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の軸受機構。
- 自動車に板ばね支持式台車の懸架ばね装置を取り付ける方法において:
−2個の円錐型軸受要素をブラケットと板ばね支持体との間において取り付ける段階と、
−締付装置を機械的に調節して、弾性要素が軸方向にプレストレスを与えられるようにする段階とからなる方法。 - 2本の後車軸と、2個のブラケット(2)と、前記後車軸を自身の2個の端部において取り付けられる2個の板ばねとからなる自動車において、前記板ばねは、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の軸受機構により前記ブラケット(2)に取り付けられることを特徴とする自動車。
