Abstract
Description
簡単に言えば、本発明の好ましい実施例によると、上述の不利益を解決しうる可変アパーチャ符号(VAC)信号を生成する方法が提供される。本発明によれば、ディジタル信号処理部(DSP:Digital Signal Processor、ディジタル・シグナル・プロセッサ)は、正弦波形状を有する離散時間VAC波形を生成する。ディジタル的に生成されたVAC波形は、正の周波数領域に単一のスペクトルのピークを有し、次いで一般的に離散時間ヒルベルト変換(Hilbert Transformer)により、スペクトルの周囲部分と共に分離され、単側波帯変調(SSB:Single Side Band)VAC信号を与える。
・Ik=−lである場合、その時のρ−1(t)は、公称の所要時間(M−Δ)Tcを有し、但し、Mは整数、Tcはクロック周期、Δは一般的に1または2であり、
・Ik=0である場合、ρ0(t)は、公称の所要時間MTcを有し、または、
・Ik=1である場合、ρ+l(t)が、公称の所要時間(M+Δ)Tcを有する。
以上によれば、ゼロ交差(zero crossing)の良好な制御を提供するSSB VAC信号をディジタル的に発生させる技術が開示される。
Claims (20)
- 単側波帯変調(SSB)可変アパーチャ符号(VAC)信号生成装置であって、
正弦波形状で同格周波数範囲のスペクトル・ピークを有する離散時間VAC信号を生成するためのディジタル信号処理部(12)と、
ディジタル信号処理部により生成されたVAC信号における正のスペクトル・ピークおよび周辺スペクトル部分を分離する手段(14)と、
を含む信号生成装置。 - 前記分離手段は、離散時間ヒルベルト変換を含む、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 単側波帯変調(SSB)可変アパーチャ符号(VAC)信号生成方法であって、
正弦波形状で同格周波数範囲のスペクトル・ピークを有する離散時間VAC信号をディジタル的に生成するステップと、
ディジタル的に生成されたVAC信号における正のスペクトル・ピークおよび周辺スペクトル部分を分離するステップと、を含む信号生成方法。 - 矩形波信号をディジタル的に生成し、ついで矩形波信号を丸み付けるウィンドーイング関数を適用する第1の生成ステップにより前記VAC信号が生成される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 丸み付けられた矩形波信号を有限インパルス応答フィルタによりフィルタ処理するステップを更に有する、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 正弦波関数のディジタル生成が、ベース・バンドで行なわれる、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 中間正弦波信号がベース・バンドでディジタル的に生成され、中間周波数で単側波帯信号に変換される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 単側波帯信号がより高い無線周波数(RF)にアップコンバーターで変換される、請求項19に記載の方法。
