を含むことを特徴とするコロイド分散体にも関する。
・反応媒体のpHをせいぜい8の値に維持しながら、鉄錯化剤の存在下の鉄塩と塩基とを又は鉄錯体と塩基とを反応させて沈殿を得る工程(ここで、前記鉄錯化剤はpKが少なくとも3となるような錯化定数Kを有する水溶性(hydrosoluble)カルボン酸から選択され、前記鉄錯体は鉄塩と前記酸との反応生成物から選択される);
・得られた沈殿又は該沈殿を含有する懸濁液を両親媒性物質の存在下で有機相と接触させて有機相中の分散体を得る工程:
を含むことを特徴とする。
R1、R2及びR3は同一であっても異なっていてもよく、直鎖状又は分枝鎖状アルキル基(特に2〜20個の炭素原子を有するもの);フェニル基;アルキルアリール基、より特定的にはアルキルフェニル基(特に8〜12個の炭素原子を有するアルキル鎖を有するもの);又はアリールアルキル基、より特定的にはフェニルアリール基であり;
nはエチレンオキシド単位の数を表わし、これは例えば0〜12であることができ;
Mは水素、ナトリウム又はカリウム原子を表わす。
R1は特にヘキシル、オクチル、デシル、ドデシル、オレイル又はノニルフェニル基であることができる。

・Rhodafac(登録商標)RS710又はRS 410ポリオキシエチレントリデシルエーテルホスフェート;
・Rhodafac(登録商標)PA 35ポリオキシエチレンオレオデシルエーテルホスフェート;
・Rhodafac(登録商標)PA17ポリオキシエチレンノニルフェニルエーテルホスフェート;
・Rhodafac(登録商標)RE610ポリオキシエチレン(分枝鎖状)ノニルエーテルホスフェート。
については、定数Kは次のように定義される。
K=FeLx 3-x/[Fe3+]・[L-]x
pK=log(1/k)
r=両親媒性物質のモル数/鉄元素のモル数
によって規定することができる。
最初に、酢酸鉄の溶液を調製した。
ビーカー中に412.2gの98%Fe(NO3)3・5H2Oを導入し、脱イオン水を2リットルの容量になるまで添加した。この溶液は、Fe0.5Mだった。撹拌しながら周囲温度において650ミリリットルの10%アンモニアを滴下してpHを7にした。
・500cm3の脱イオン水から構成される初期原料及びパドル式撹拌機を備えた1リットル反応器(この反応容量はオーバーフローによって一定に保った);
・上記の酢酸鉄溶液及び10Mアンモニウム溶液を含有させた2個の供給フラスコ:
を含む連続式装置中で固体を沈殿させた。
酢酸鉄溶液及び10Mアンモニア溶液を添加した。この2つの溶液の流量は、pHが8で一定に保たれるように設定した。
冷却後、試験管中に移した。分離が観察され、50cm3の水性相及び220cm3の有機相が回収された。
分散体のX線分析により、粒子が非晶質であることが示された。
この分散体を1日6回のサイクルの−20℃及び+80℃における一定温度ステージから成る熱処理に付した。6か月後にも沈殿は何ら観察されなかった。
この例は、前の例の分散体を用いたエンジンベンチテストに関する。
マニュアル式変速機を備えたフォルクスワーゲンの1.9リッター気筒容量ターボ式ディーゼルエンジンをダイナモメーター装置上に乗せて用いた。排気ラインには、2.5リットル炭化ケイ素粒子フィルター(IBIDEN2000cpsi、5.66×6.00)を設けた。熱電対を用いて粒子フィルター入口において排気ガスの温度を測定した。また、粒子フィルターの入口と出口との間の圧力差も測定した。
粒子フィルターに粒子を次の条件下で装填した:
・エンジン回転速度=2000rpm;
・トルク60Nm;
・フィルターへのガスの入口温度=250℃;
・装填期間=8時間。
これらの結果は、燃料中の添加剤の低濃度について低い再生温度を示す。
Claims (14)
- ・有機相;
・非晶質形態にある鉄化合物の粒子;
・少なくとも1種の両親媒性物質:
を含むことを特徴とする、コロイド分散体。 - ・有機相;
・非晶質形態にある鉄化合物の粒子;
・希土類化合物の粒子;
・少なくとも1種の両親媒性物質:
を含むことを特徴とする、コロイド分散体。 - 鉄化合物粒子の少なくとも85%が一次粒子であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の分散体。
- 粒子のd50が1nm〜5nmの範囲、より特定的には3nm〜4nmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の分散体。
- 有機相が非極性炭化水素をベースとすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の分散体。
- 両親媒性物質が10〜50個の炭素原子、より特定的には15〜25個の炭素原子を有するカルボン酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の分散体。
- 希土類がセリウム、ランタン、イットリウム、ネオジム、ガドリニウム及びプラセオジムから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項2〜6のいずれかに記載の分散体。
- ・反応媒体のpHをせいぜい8の値に維持しながら、鉄錯化剤の存在下の鉄塩と塩基とを又は鉄錯体と塩基とを反応させて沈殿を得る工程(ここで、前記鉄錯化剤はpKが少なくとも3となるような錯化定数Kを有する水溶性カルボン酸から選択され、前記鉄錯体は鉄塩と前記酸との反応生成物から選択される);
・得られた沈殿又は該沈殿を含有する懸濁液を両親媒性物質の存在下で有機相と接触させて有機相中の分散体を得る工程:
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1及び3〜7のいずれかに記載の分散体の製造方法。 - 前記カルボン酸が脂肪族カルボン酸、酸−アルコール又はポリ酸−アルコール、アミノ酸及びポリアクリル酸から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記脂肪族カルボン酸がギ酸又は酢酸であり、前記ポリ酸−アルコールが酒石酸又はクエン酸であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 反応媒体のpHをせいぜい7.5の値、より特定的には6.5〜7.5の範囲の値に保つことを特徴とする、請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 有機相中の希土類化合物の粒子のコロイド分散体を請求項1及び3〜6のいずれかに記載の鉄化合物の粒子のコロイド分散体と混合することを特徴とする、請求項2〜7のいずれかに記載の分散体の製造方法。
- 内燃機関用エンジン燃料の添加剤としての、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のコロイド分散体の使用。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載のコロイド分散体を含有することを特徴とする、内燃機関用エンジン燃料。
