Description
Claims (13)
- 特に自動車における内燃機関のための吸気フィルタであって、粗空気入口(4)および清浄空気出口(5)を備えたフィルタハウジング(2)と、該フィルタハウジング(2)内に配置されていて半径方向で外側から内側に貫流されるリングフィルタインサート(3)とが設けられており、該リングフィルタインサート(3)が軸方向の一端部に第1の端部ディスク(10)を有しており、該第1の端部ディスク(10)が少なくとも1つの開口(12)を有しており、該開口(12)を通して、清浄空気出口(5)がリングフィルタインサート(3)の内部(8)に連通する形式のものにおいて、フィルタハウジング(2)が清浄側の二次空気出口(6)を有しており、かつリングフィルタインサート(3)が、第1の端部ディスク(10)とは反対側の軸方向の端部に、第2の端部ディスク(11)を有しており、該第2の端部ディスク(11)が少なくとも1つの開口(17)を有しており、該開口(17)を通して、二次空気出口(6)がリングフィルタインサート(3)の内部(8)に連通することを特徴とする、内燃機関のための吸気フィルタ。
- 第2の端部ディスク(11)に接続管片(18)が形成されており、該接続管片(18)を通して、二次空気出口(6)がリングフィルタインサート(3)の内部(8)に連通する、請求項1記載の吸気フィルタ。
- 接続管片(18)と第2の端部ディスク(11)とが別個の構成部分として製作されており、かつ接続管片(18)が第2の端部ディスク(11)内に挿入かつ/または固く第2の端部ディスク(11)に結合かつ/または第2の端部ディスク(11)に溶接または接着されている、請求項2記載の吸気フィルタ。
- 接続管片(18)が第2の端部ディスク(11)とは別個に製作されており、かつ接続管片(18)が、第2の端部ディスク(11)の製作時に射出成形または発泡加工によって取り囲まれることにより、固く第2の端部ディスク(11)内に成形中または発泡加工中に埋め込まれている、請求項2記載の吸気フィルタ。
- 接続管片(18)が第2の端部ディスク(11)にインテグラルに成形されている、請求項2記載の吸気フィルタ。
- フィルタハウジング(2)に二次出口管片(19)が形成されており、該二次出口管片(19)が接続管片(18)に対して相補的に形成されており、二次出口管片(19)を通して、二次空気出口(6)がリングフィルタインサート(3)の内部(8)に連通する、請求項2から5までのいずれか1項記載の吸気フィルタ。
- 二次出口管片(19)がフィルタハウジング(2)にインテグラルに成形されている、請求項6記載の吸気フィルタ。
- リングフィルタインサート(3)がフィルタハウジング(2)内に挿入されている場合、二次出口管片(19)と接続管片(18)とが差込接続の形式で協働する、請求項6または7記載の吸気フィルタ。
- フィルタハウジング(2)に主出口管片(13)が形成されており、該主出口管片(13)に、リングフィルタインサート(3)が第1の端部ディスク(10)の開口(12)でもって被せ嵌め可能であり、主出口管片(13)を通して、清浄空気出口(5)がリングフィルタインサート(3)の内部(8)に連通する、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の吸気フィルタ。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の吸気フィルタ(1)のためのリングフィルタインサートであって、その軸方向の一端部には、少なくとも1つの開口(12)を備えた第1の端部ディスク(10)が設けられており、該第1の端部ディスク(10)に対向して位置する軸方向の端部には、第2の端部ディスク(11)が設けられている形式のものにおいて、第2の端部ディスク(11)が接続管片(18)を有しており、該接続管片(18)が一方ではリングフィルタインサート(3)の内部(8)に連通し、他方では、吸気フィルタ(1)のフィルタハウジング(2)内にリングフィルタインサート(3)を挿入した状態で、フィルタハウジング(2)の二次空気出口(6)に連通することを特徴とする、吸気フィルタのためのリングフィルタインサート。
- 請求項3から5までのいずれか1項に記載された特徴を備えた、請求項10記載のリングフィルタインサート。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の吸気フィルタ(1)のためのフィルタハウジングであって、粗空気入口(4)と清浄空気出口(5)とが設けられている形式のものにおいて、フィルタハウジングがその他に清浄側の二次空気出口(6)を有していることを特徴とする、吸気フィルタのためのフィルタハウジング。
- 請求項6から9までのいずれか1項記載の特徴を備えた、請求項12記載のフィルタハウジング。
