Abstract
【解決手段】 挿入孔10の内周壁面11に複数の弾性係止片12,13を形成している装着部2と、装着部2の片側又は両側に並設されている物品支持用の保持部3,4とを一体に備え、パネル8に突設されて周溝7bを形成しているスタッド7に対し、該スタッド7を係止片12,13の弾性揺動を伴って挿入孔10内へ挿入し、係止片12,13のスタッド周溝7bへの係合により固定されるスタッド用樹脂製係止具において、前記係止片12,13は、挿入孔10の内周壁面11のうち、保持部3,4と隣接している側と略90度変位した前後面部11bに対向して設けられ、かつ、挿入孔10の軸方向に2段以上設けられている。

Description
・請求項2の発明では、前記対向する両係止片の基部が略同一の高さ位置に設けられているためスタッドに対する係合状態をより安定維持でき、また、基部の高さをずらした構成と比べるとクリップ全体の高さを低く抑えてコンパクト化を図り易くする。
・請求項3の発明では、前記保持部が棒状部材を保持する略凹状に形成されていると共に、前記装着部が前記凹状の片側に並設されていることから、棒状部材をパネルに沿って配置するような場合に好適なものとなる。
・請求項4と5の発明では、前記挿入孔の内周壁面のうち、前記保持部と隣接している側である左右面部が前記スタッドに対する径方向の動きを阻止可能な内径寸法の規制部に形成されているため、全体が規制部の作用によってスタッドに対してより安定した状態で固定可能となる。この点は、前記規制部が前記挿入孔の上下ほぼ全寸に亘って設けられているとより効果的となる。

Claims (5)
- 挿入孔の内周壁面に複数の弾性係止片を形成している装着部と、前記装着部の片側又は両側に並設されている物品支持用の保持部とを一体に備え、パネルに突設されて周溝を形成しているスタッドに対し、当該スタッドを前記係止片の弾性揺動を伴って前記挿入孔内へ挿入し、前記係止片の前記スタッド周溝への係合により固定されるスタッド用樹脂製係止具において、
前記係止片は、前記挿入孔の内周壁面のうち、前記保持部と隣接している側と略90度変位した前後面部に対向して設けられ、かつ、前記挿入孔の軸方向に2段以上設けられていることを特徴とするスタッド用樹脂製係止具。 - 前記対向する両係止片の基部が略同一の高さ位置に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスタッド用樹脂製係止具。
- 前記保持部が棒状部材を保持する略凹状に形成されていると共に、前記装着部が前記凹状の片側に並設されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のスタッド用樹脂製係止具。
- 前記挿入孔の内周壁面のうち、前記保持部と隣接している側である左右面部が前記スタッドに対する径方向の動きを阻止可能な内径寸法の規制部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れかに記載のスタッド用樹脂製係止具。
- 前記規制部は前記挿入孔の上下ほぼ全寸に亘って設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のスタッド用樹脂製係止具。
