Abstract
【解決手段】 ベーン30が背圧室31へ向けての最も大きな押し込み力を受ける所定の領域で該押し込み力に対抗する背圧をベーン30に付与すべく圧縮機構15の外部に形成された油貯め40内の加圧油を背圧室31に導く油供給路とを含む気体圧縮機10。油供給路は、ロータ22の回転軸21を受ける軸受部23、24の外周面に沿って形成され、油貯め40から加圧油の供給を受ける弧状路部分54と、該弧状路部分からシリンダ室20の側壁へ向けて伸びかつシリンダ室20の径方向の互いに対向する位置でそれぞれ背圧室31に連通すべくシリンダ側壁に開放する連結路部分56とを有する。

Claims (3)
- 楕円の横断面形状を有するシリンダ室を規定し該シリンダ室の径方向の互いに対向する位置に配置される一対の吸入口および前記シリンダ室の径方向の互いに対向する位置に配置される一対の吐出口が形成されたシリンダと、該シリンダの側壁に形成された軸受部に支承される回転軸を介して前記シリンダ室内で回転可能に配置され、前記シリンダ室を複数の圧縮室に区画すべく前記シリンダ室内で該シリンダ室の周壁を摺動するベーンを保持し、該ベーンに前記シリンダ周壁へ向けての押圧力を与えるための背圧室が設けられたロータとを備え、該ロータの回転に伴う前記ベーンの摺動に伴って前記一対の吸込口から吸引し、吸引した気体を圧縮して前記吐出口から吐出する圧縮機構と、
前記ベーンが前記背圧室へ向けての最も大きな押し込み力を受ける所定の領域で該押し込み力に対抗する背圧を前記ベーンに付与すべく前記圧縮機構の外部に形成された油貯め内の加圧油を前記背圧室に導く油供給路とを含む気体圧縮機であって、
前記油供給路は、前記ロータの前記回転軸を受ける軸受部の外周面に沿って形成され、前記油貯めから加圧油の供給を受ける弧状路部分と、該弧状路部分から前記シリンダ室の側壁へ向けて伸びかつ前記シリンダ室の径方向の互いに対向する位置でそれぞれ前記背圧室に連通すべく前記側壁に開放する連結路部分とを有することを特徴とする気体圧縮機。 - 前記弧状路部分は前記軸受部の外周面にその全周を巡って環状に形成され、該環状路部分は、上端が該環状路部分に接続されまた下端が前記油貯めの油内に開放する直線状の共通路部分を経て前記油貯め内の加圧油の供給を受け、この加圧油を減圧させることなく相互に分岐させて前記各連結路部分から該各連結路部分に対応する前記背圧室にそれぞれ案内する請求項1に記載の気体圧縮機。
- 前記共通路部分には、該共通路部分の流路口径を絞るオリフィスが形成され、該オリフィスよりも前記油貯めの側に位置する上流部分で、前記弧状路部分が前記共通路部分に連通し、前記弧状路部分から前記連結路部分を経て前記背圧室に供給される加圧油の圧力よりも低い圧力の加圧油を前記背圧室に供給する第2の油供給路が前記オリフィスよりも下流側で前記共通路部分に関連して形成されている請求項2に記載の気体圧縮機。
