Abstract
【解決手段】紫外線硬化樹脂と低分子量四フッ化エチレン樹脂との混合樹脂と、ハイドロフルオロカーボンを含む有機溶剤とを混合してなり、塗膜硬度1H以上であることを特徴とする混合塗料。

Description
図2に示すように、供試体の模型翼は、前縁11と後縁12とからなり、この厚さ寸法は90mmである。供試体の模型翼の幅寸法は563mm、長さ寸法は457mmであり、供試体の模型翼の幅と前縁11とが交差する角度は60°である。
また、着氷試験装置3の上面であって供試体設置場所2から1.5m離れた位置には、スプレーノズル7が配設されており、このスプレーノズル7には、水貯蔵用ポンプ付きタンク8およびエアコンプレッサ9がそれぞれ接続されている。そして、エアコンプレッサ9を動作させることにより、水貯蔵用ポンプ付きタンク8からスプレーノズル7に水を送り、スプレーノズル7から実験条件に応じて所定量の水粒子を噴霧することができるようになっている。
塗膜硬度が5Hであるアクリル樹脂(UV-75、オリジン電気(株))10gと乾燥PTFE11gとを混合させた。混合させた両樹脂に、ハイドロフルオロカーボン(三井デュポンフロロケミカル)24gとイソプロピルアルコール55gとを混合させた有機溶剤を添加させた。添加後、室温で、これらをディスペーザーにより5分間攪拌させ、さらにモーターミル(アイガージャパン)により15分間攪拌させることにより、調製された混合塗料を得た。
供試体の着氷量(g)=着氷試験後の供試体の重量(g)−着氷試験前の供試体の重量(g)
塗膜硬度が9H以上であるアクリルウレタン樹脂(C-4546X-1、神東塗料(株))15gと乾燥PTFE11gとを混合させ、ハイドロフルオロカーボンを含む有機溶剤を混合させた両樹脂に添加させる。混合させた両樹脂に、ハイドロフルオロカーボン(三井デュポンフロロケミカル)52gとイソプロピルアルコール25gとを混合させた有機溶剤を添加させた。添加後、上述の実施例1と同様に攪拌、塗膜、着氷試験を行った。
比較例1は、供試体に塗膜を行わずに、上述の実施例1と同様に着氷試験を行った。
比較例2は、市販のポリウレタン塗料を用い、上述の実施例1と同様に塗膜、着氷試験を行った。
比較例3は、特開2000−44863に記載されているPTFE及びポリシリコーン樹脂を混合した市販製の塗料を上述の実施例1と同様に塗膜、着氷試験を行った。
このことは、ハイドロフルオロカーボンを前記混合塗料の混合物の一つとしたことによって、本来であれば混合しにくいPTFEと塗膜硬度の高い紫外線硬化樹脂とであっても、より良好に馴染ませることができ、被塗装体の表面に均一的に塗膜させることができためであると考えられた。さらに、より高い塗膜硬度の紫外線硬化樹脂を混合させることによって、混合塗料の塗膜硬度を1H以上にさせることができ、これによってエロージョンによっても被塗装体の表面の塗膜を剥離されることなく、より防除氷効果を高めることができることがわかった。
Claims (7)
- 紫外線硬化樹脂と低分子量四フッ化エチレン樹脂との混合樹脂と、
ハイドロフルオロカーボンを含む有機溶剤とを混合してなり、
塗膜硬度1H以上であることを特徴とする混合塗料。 - 前記紫外線硬化樹脂は、プレポリマー、モノマー、光重合開始剤から構成され、波長領域200nmから400nmの紫外線照射によって硬化する樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の前記混合塗料。
- 前記紫外線硬化樹脂は、塗膜硬度4H以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の前記混合塗料。
- 前記混合樹脂は、前記紫外線硬化樹脂を40重量%から99重量%と、前記低分子量四フッ化エチレン樹脂を1重量%から60重量%とを混合して構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の前記混合塗料。
- 前記ハイドロフルオロカーボンを含む有機溶剤は、前記ハイドロフルオロカーボンを1重量%から80重量%と、有機溶媒を20重量%から99重量%とを混合して構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4項のいずれか一項に記載の前記混合塗料。
- 前記有機溶媒は、アルコール系有機溶媒、芳香族系有機溶媒、脂肪族系有機溶媒のいずれか1種又は複数とからなる有機溶剤であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の前記混合塗料。
- 前記紫外線硬化樹脂と前記低分子量四フッ化エチレン樹脂との前記混合樹脂に、ハイドロフルオロカーボンを含む有機溶剤を加えて塗膜硬度1H以上となるように調製することを特徴とする前記混合塗料の製造方法。
