Abstract
【解決手段】 冷凍サイクル2に、圧縮機モータ4の動作時に冷媒圧縮を行うロード状態又は圧縮機モータ4の動作時に冷媒圧縮を解除するアンロード状態に切換えるデジタル切換機構部5を設けたデジタル制御冷媒圧縮機6を使用し、少なくとも被冷却物Mに供給する冷却液Wの温度(液温Tw)に基づきデジタル切換機構部5を切換制御して液温Twを可変制御するとともに、少なくとも周囲温度Trを検出し、検出した周囲温度Trが高くなったなら、デジタル制御冷媒圧縮機6のロード率Rr{=ロード状態の時間tr/(ロード状態の時間tr+アンロード状態の時間tn)}を低下させる制御を行う。

Claims (4)
- 冷凍サイクルに接続した冷却器により冷却液を冷却するとともに、冷却した冷却液を被冷却物に循環させることにより当該被冷却物の冷却を行う冷却装置の動作制御方法において、前記冷凍サイクルに、圧縮機モータの動作時に冷媒圧縮を行うロード状態又は圧縮機モータの動作時に冷媒圧縮を解除するアンロード状態に切換えるデジタル切換機構部を設けたデジタル制御冷媒圧縮機を使用し、少なくとも前記被冷却物に供給する冷却液の温度に基づき前記デジタル切換機構部を切換制御して冷却液の温度を可変制御するとともに、少なくとも周囲温度を検出し、検出した周囲温度が高くなったなら、前記デジタル制御冷媒圧縮機のロード率{=ロード状態の時間/(ロード状態の時間+アンロード状態の時間)}を低下させる制御を行うことを特徴とする冷却装置の動作制御方法。
- 前記デジタル制御冷媒圧縮機から吐出する冷媒の温度(吐出冷媒温度)を検出し、この吐出冷媒温度又は前記周囲温度の少なくとも一方が予め設定した判断値に達したなら、前記ロード率を低下させる制御を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷却装置の動作制御方法。
- 前記デジタル制御冷媒圧縮機が任意のロード率において前記周囲温度が予め設定した警戒値に達したなら、前記圧縮機モータを停止させる安全処理を行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷却装置の動作制御方法。
- 前記デジタル制御冷媒圧縮機は、軌道スクロールと固定スクロールを用いた冷媒圧縮部を有するとともに、前記固定スクロール又は前記軌道スクロールを軸方向に変位させて前記ロード状態又は前記アンロード状態に切換えるデジタル切換機構部を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷却装置の動作制御方法。
