Abstract
【解決手段】 燃料電池用の液体燃料の液状内容物を液状もしくはガス状で吐出可能に収容する燃料電池用燃料容器の吐出流路に、液状内容物の吐出量を調整するように設けられる流量調整フィルターであって、この流量調整フィルター1を、連続気泡を有する弾性体2と、弾性体2に溶着された成型体からなり弾性体2を弾性体2が吐出流路を塞ぐように固定するホルダー3とから構成され、弾性体2およびホルダー3が液状内容物に腐食されない熱可塑性樹脂からなるものとする。

フィルター1の弾性体2として、加熱可塑化した低密度ポリエチレン樹脂に尿素とポリエチレングリコールを微粒化混合し、平均セル径が30μm、空孔率が70%となるように調整したエマルジョンを、厚み1mmでシート状に押出成形した。その後、この成形シートを水洗浄して尿素およびポリエチレングリコールを除去することにより、樹脂のみによる多孔質シートを作製し、所定形状に打ち抜いて弾性体2を得た。一方、ホルダー3は、ポリプロピレン樹脂で内径2.6mmの通気口3cの開いた形状に成形し、この成型品ホルダー3と弾性体2とを合わせて、185℃×1秒間の加熱加圧で溶着して流量調整フィルター1を得た。
加熱可塑化した高密度ポリエチレン樹脂と尿素とポリエチレングリコールを微粒化混合し、平均セル径が10μm、空隙率80%となるように調整したエマルジョンを、厚み1mmでシート状に押出成形し、水洗浄にて水溶性ペーストを除去した多孔質シートを作製し、これより所定形状の弾性体2を得た。この弾性体2を、実施例1と同様のポリプロピレンによる成型品ホルダー3と、185℃×1秒間の加熱加圧で溶着して流量調整フィルター1を得た。

Claims (13)
- 燃料電池用の液体燃料の液状内容物を液状もしくはガス状で吐出可能に収容する燃料電池用燃料容器の吐出流路に、前記液状内容物の吐出量を調整するように設けられる流量調整フィルターであって、
該流量調整フィルターが、連続気泡を有する弾性体と、該弾性体に溶着された成型体からなり前記弾性体を該弾性体が前記吐出流路を塞ぐように固定するホルダーとから構成されてなり、
前記弾性体および前記ホルダーが前記液状内容物に腐食されない熱可塑性樹脂からなることを特徴とする流量調整フィルター。 - 前記熱可塑性樹脂がポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリオキシメチレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリエチレンナフタレートまたはポリアクリロニトリルからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の流量調整フィルター。
- 前記弾性体が前記熱可塑性樹脂、水溶性有機化合物及び水溶性高分子材料を混合した後、前記水溶性有機化合物及び前記水溶性高分子材料を水によって抽出し、除去することにより得られるものであることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の流量調整フィルター。
- 前記弾性体の空孔径が30μm以下であって、空孔率が60〜90%であることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載の流量調整フィルター。
- 前記燃料電池用燃料容器が、外面に開口し液状内容物を供給するための接続部を有する容器本体と、該容器本体内部に形成され、前記液状内容物を貯蔵する貯蔵室と、該貯蔵室内の液状内容物を前記貯蔵室と分離形成された気室に封入された圧縮ガスの圧力で加圧して押し出す押出手段と、前記貯蔵室と前記接続部の間を連通遮断するバルブと、前記貯蔵室から前記接続部に至る通路内に配置された請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の流量調整フィルターとを備え、該流量調整フィルターにより前記液状内容物の吐出量を調整することを特徴とする燃料電池用燃料容器。
- 前記液状内容物がメタノール、メタノールと純水、エタノール、エタノールと純水、ジメチルエーテルと純水、ジメチルエーテルと純水とメタノール、ジメチルエーテルと純水とエタノールからなる群より選ばれる1つであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の燃料電池用燃料容器。
- 前記燃料電池用燃料容器が、外面に開口し内容物を供給するための接続部および内容物を貯蔵する貯蔵室を有する容器本体と、前記接続部と前記貯蔵室の間を連通遮断するバルブと、前記貯蔵室から前記接続部に至る通路内に配置された請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の流量調整フィルターとを備え、前記貯蔵室内の液状内容物の気化したガスを、該ガスの圧力で加圧して前記バルブを通して吐出させるものであって、前記流量調整フィルターにより前記ガスの吐出量を調整することを特徴とする燃料電池用燃料容器。
- 前記液状内容物がジメチルエーテルであることを特徴とする請求項7記載の燃料電池用燃料容器。
- 前記燃料電池用燃料容器が、外面に開口し液状内容物を供給するための接続部を有する容器本体と、該容器本体内部に形成され、前記液状内容物を貯蔵する貯蔵室と、前記貯蔵室と前記接続部の間を連通遮断するバルブと、前記貯蔵室から前記接続部に至る通路内に配置された請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の流量調整フィルターとを備え、前記貯蔵室内の液状内容物を該液状内容物の圧力で加圧して前記バルブを通して吐出させるものであって、前記流量調整フィルターにより前記液状内容物の吐出量を調整することを特徴とする燃料電池用燃料容器。
- 前記液状内容物がジメチルエーテル、ジメチルエーテルと純水、ジメチルエーテルと純水とメタノール、ジメチルエーテルと純水とエタノールからなる群より選ばれる1つであることを特徴とする請求項9記載の燃料電池用燃料容器。
- 外面に開口し液状内容物を供給するための接続部を有する容器本体と、該容器本体内部に形成され、前記液状内容物を貯蔵する貯蔵室と、該貯蔵室内の液状内容物を前記貯蔵室と分離形成された気室に封入された圧縮ガスの圧力で加圧して押し出す押出手段と、前記貯蔵室と前記接続部の間を連通遮断するバルブと、前記貯蔵室から前記接続部に至る通路内に配置された請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の流量調整フィルターとを備え、該流量調整フィルターにより前記液状内容物の吐出液量を調整することを特徴とする圧力容器。
- 外面に開口し内容物を供給するための接続部および内容物を貯蔵する貯蔵室を有する容器本体と、前記接続部と前記貯蔵室の間を連通遮断するバルブと、前記貯蔵室から前記接続部に至る通路内に配置された請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の流量調整フィルターとを備え、前記貯蔵室内の液状内容物の気化したガスを、該ガスの圧力で加圧して前記バルブを通して吐出させるものであって、前記流量調整フィルターにより前記液状内容物の吐出ガス量を調整することを特徴とする圧力容器。
- 外面に開口し液状内容物を供給するための接続部を有する容器本体と、該容器本体内部に形成され、前記液状内容物を貯蔵する貯蔵室と、前記貯蔵室と前記接続部の間を連通遮断するバルブと、前記貯蔵室から前記接続部に至る通路内に配置された請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の流量調整フィルターとを備え、前記貯蔵室内の液状内容物を該液状内容物の圧力で加圧して前記バルブを通して吐出させるものであって、前記流量調整フィルターにより前記液状内容物の吐出液量を調整することを特徴とする圧力容器。
