Abstract
【解決手段】 熱可塑性樹脂製の本体チューブ10の外周面に発泡性TPE樹脂からなる第1の耐熱保護樹脂層12を形成するとともに、この第1耐熱保護樹脂層12に重畳させて難燃性TPE樹脂からなる第2の耐熱保護樹脂層14を形成する。

第1実施形態
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態による燃料配管用樹脂チューブの横断面図である。
図1において、参照番号10は、本体チューブを示す。この第1実施形態による燃料配管用樹脂では、本体チューブ10は、ポリアミド樹脂の単層のチューブが用いられている。この本体チューブ10は、耐熱性がさほど要求されない場所での燃料配管としてそれ自体単独で用いることができる樹脂チューブである。
次に、図2は、本発明の第2の実施形態による燃料配管用樹脂チューブの横断面図である。

Claims (8)
- 熱可塑性樹脂を材料とする複数の樹脂層からなる多層構造を有する樹脂チューブであって、
熱可塑性樹脂製の本体チューブの外周面に発泡性TPE樹脂からなる第1の耐熱保護樹脂層を形成するとともに、前記第1耐熱保護樹脂層に重畳させて難燃性TPE樹脂からなる第2の耐熱保護樹脂層を形成してなることを特徴とする燃料配管用樹脂チューブ。 - 前記本体チューブと第1耐熱保護樹脂層の間に接着層が介在することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料配管用樹脂チューブ。
- 前記接着層の厚さは、0.5mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料配管用樹脂チューブ。
- 前記第1耐熱保護樹脂層の厚さは、3.0mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかの項に記載の燃料配管用樹脂チューブ。
- 前記第1耐熱保護樹脂層は、難燃性を有する発泡性TPE樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の燃料配管用樹脂チューブ。
- 前記第2耐熱保護樹脂層の厚さは、5.0mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料配管用樹脂チューブ。
- 前記本体チューブは、ポリアミド樹脂の単層のチューブからなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかの項に記載の燃料配管用樹脂チューブ。
- 前記本体チューブは、ポリアミド樹脂層と、低透過性樹脂からなるバリア層をそれぞれ少なくとも一層有する多層チューブからなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれかの項に記載の燃料配管用樹脂チューブ。
