Abstract
【解決手段】歯2の歯幅方向端部の端面6には、歯面8側から隣りの歯2側に向かって突出する弾性変形可能な張り出し部7が一体形成されている。張り出し部7は、噛み合う相手歯車の歯によって押圧されて弾性変形すると、相手歯車の歯と接触した部分が歯面8と面一となるように形成されている。また、張り出し部7は、略板状の突片であって、その根元部分7aが歯面8よりも引っ込んだ位置にあり、歯面8にほぼ沿って形成され、その径方向内方端が歯底面11よりも径方向内方に位置するように形成されている。また、張り出し部7は、その径方向内方端が端面6側に形成されたボス部4に接続されており、その径方向外方端が歯2の歯先面10よりも歯底面11側に所定量離れて形成されている。

Description
また、請求項2の発明は、請求項1の発明に係る歯車の張り出し部に特徴を有するものである。すなわち、本願発明において、前記張り出し部は、略板状の突片であって、その根元部分が前記一方の端面の前記一方の歯面よりも引っ込んだ位置にあり、前記一方の歯面にほぼ沿って形成され、その径方向内方端が歯底面よりも径方向内方に位置するように形成されている。
Claims (5)
- 歯の歯幅方向端部の少なくとも一方の端面には、前記歯の一方の歯面側から隣の歯側に向かって突出する弾性変形可能な張り出し部が一体形成され、
前記張り出し部は、噛み合う相手歯車の歯によって押圧されて弾性変形すると、前記相手歯車の歯と接触した部分が前記一方の歯面と面一となるように形成されたことを特徴とする歯車。 - 前記張り出し部は、略板状の突片であって、その根元部分が前記一方の端面の前記一方の歯面よりも引っ込んだ位置にあり、前記一方の歯面にほぼ沿って形成され、その径方向内方端が歯底面よりも径方向内方に位置するように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の歯車。
- 前記張り出し部は、その径方向内方端が前記一方の端面側に形成された環状突出部に接続されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の歯車。
- 前記張り出し部は、その径方向外方端が前記歯の歯先面よりも歯底面側に所定量離れた位置に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の歯車。
- 前記張り出し部は、その径方向外方端が根元部分から先端部分に向かって斜めに傾斜するように形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の歯車。
