Abstract
【解決手段】炭化水素とアンモニアと酸素を含む原料ガスを気相酸化反応させてアクリロニトリルおよび青酸を含有する液を生成し、次いでこの液を蒸留して所要成分の捕集または精製を行う蒸留塔の洗浄方法において、この蒸留塔内をアクリロニトリル濃度250ppm未満であり、かつ全シアン濃度500ppm未満であるように水洗し、その後、蒸留塔内をpH8〜14のアルカリ性の熱水を蒸留塔の内部で循環させて汚れを捕集した後、排出することからなる蒸留塔の洗浄方法とする。

Description
その結果、蒸留塔内の堆積物などの汚れは、熱水中に分散するか、または一部溶解して熱水に捕集される。
なお、全シアン濃度はJIS K0102-38.1.2に示される全シアン分析で測定することができる。
アクリロニトリルの製造工程では、炭化水素とアンモニアと酸素含有ガスを含む原料ガスを反応器に供給し、この反応器内でアンモニウム酸化触媒を用いて流動層などによる酸化反応を行わせ、その際に生成したガスからアクリロニトリル成分を回収すると共に精製する。
急冷塔2は、ガス洗浄塔とアンモニア吸収塔、熱交換器等とで構成できる。

Claims (3)
- 炭化水素、アンモニアおよび酸素含有ガスの気相酸化反応により生成されるアクリロニトリルおよび青酸を含有する液を蒸留し、所要成分の捕集または精製を行う蒸留塔の洗浄方法において、
この蒸留塔内を水洗し、その後に蒸留塔内をpH8〜14のアルカリ性の熱水を蒸留塔の内部で循環させて汚れを捕集した後、排出することからなる蒸留塔の洗浄方法。 - 水洗が、アクリロニトリル濃度を250ppm未満にし、かつ全シアン濃度を500ppm未満にする水洗である請求項1に記載の蒸留塔の洗浄方法。
- 蒸留塔が、アクリロニトリル製造工程において酸化反応ガスを硫酸水溶液で洗浄して冷却するガス洗浄塔、未反応のアンモニアを硫酸にて中和し硫酸アンモニウム水溶液とするアンモニア吸収塔、アクリロニトリル、アセトニトリルおよび青酸を含む生成物を水に吸収させる吸収塔、アクリロニトリルを回収する回収塔、またはアクリロニトリルと青酸が溶解した水溶液から青酸を分離する脱青酸塔のいずれか1以上の蒸留塔である請求項1または2に記載の蒸留塔の洗浄方法。
