Abstract
【解決手段】廃棄物A,B,Cを収納し、廃棄物A,B,Cの一部を燃焼させつつ該燃焼熱により該廃棄物A,B,Cの残部を乾留して可燃性ガスを生ぜしめる乾留炉1と、該可燃性ガスを燃焼させる燃焼炉2とを備える。乾留炉1の底面に沿って水平方向に挿設された管状の給気手段8と、給気手段8の下半面に開口する複数の給気ノズル27a,27b,27cと、複数の給気ノズル27a,27b,27cのうちの一部の給気ノズル27a,27b,27cを閉蓋する閉蓋部材28を備える。給気手段8は、耐火物からなる被覆層23を備える。給気手段8は、着脱自在に備えられている。廃棄物は、前記乾留の際の熱により溶融して粘性流体を生成する溶融性廃棄物Aである。

Claims (4)
- 廃棄物を収納すると共に、該廃棄物の一部を燃焼させつつ該燃焼熱により該廃棄物の残部を乾留して可燃性ガスを生ぜしめる乾留炉と、該乾留炉から導入される可燃性ガスを燃焼させる燃焼炉とを備える乾留ガス化焼却処理装置において、
該乾留炉の底面に沿って水平方向に挿設された管状の給気手段と、該給気手段の下半面に開口する複数の給気ノズルと、
該複数の給気ノズルのうち一部の給気ノズルを閉蓋する閉蓋部材とを備えることを特徴とする乾留ガス化焼却処理装置。 - 前記給気手段は、耐火物からなる被覆層を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の乾留ガス化焼却処理装置。
- 前記給気手段は、着脱自在に備えられていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の乾留ガス化焼却処理装置。
- 前記廃棄物は、前記乾留の際の熱により溶融して粘性流体を生成する溶融性廃棄物であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の乾留ガス化焼却処理装置。
