Description
Claims (3)
- ガス化炉内に収容した廃棄物を、酸素供給源から供給される酸素を用いて乾留して可燃性ガスを生成せしめる工程と、
前記ガス化炉内に生成した可燃性ガスを燃焼炉に導入して燃焼せしめる工程と、
前記ガス化炉内の廃棄物の乾留時に、前記燃焼炉における前記可燃性ガスの燃焼温度を予め設定された所定の燃焼温度に略一定に維持するために必要な該可燃性ガスを生成させる量の酸素を、前記酸素供給源から前記ガス化炉内に供給する工程と、
前記ガス化炉内の廃棄物の乾留が終了段階に至ったときに、前記燃焼炉に備えられた補助燃焼手段により前記可燃性ガスの燃焼を補助する工程とを備える廃棄物の乾留ガス化焼却処理方法において、
前記ガス化炉内の廃棄物の乾留の終了段階で、前記燃焼炉の排ガス中の一酸化炭素濃度を検出して、該一酸化炭素濃度の検出値が所定の値よりも高いときには、前記酸素供給源から前記ガス化炉内に供給する酸素量を低減して、前記ガス化炉内で生成する可燃性ガスの量を該可燃性ガス中に含まれる一酸化炭素が前記燃焼炉に備えられた補助燃焼手段により燃焼可能な量となるように制御することを特徴とする廃棄物の乾留ガス化焼却処理方法。 - 前記ガス化炉内の廃棄物の乾留の終了段階で、所定時間毎に前記燃焼炉の排ガス中の一酸化炭素濃度を検出し、該一酸化炭素濃度の検出値が前回の検出値より高いときには、前記酸素供給源から前記ガス化炉内に供給する酸素量をそれまでよりも低減し、該一酸化炭素濃度の検出値が前回の検出値より低いときには、前記酸素供給源から前記ガス化炉内に供給する酸素量をそれまでよりも増加することを特徴とする請求項1記載の廃棄物の乾留ガス化焼却処理方法。
- 前記ガス化炉内の廃棄物の乾留の終了段階で、前記酸素供給源から前記ガス化炉内に供給する酸素量を低減した後、前記燃焼炉の排ガス中の一酸化炭素濃度の検出値が所定の値よりも低くなったきには、前記酸素供給源から前記ガス化炉内に供給する酸素量を増加して、前記乾留が終了した廃棄物を灰化させることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の廃棄物の乾留ガス化焼却処理方法。
