Abstract
【解決手段】 ハブ1d及び外輪3cを、それぞれ金属板に冷間塑性加工を施した一体成形品とする。金属板に冷間塑性加工を施す際には、筒部(軸部19b、本体12a)の肉の一部を、上記各連続部24、25に向け塑性流動させる事により、これら各連続部24、25の肉厚T24、T25を上記金属板の肉厚よりも大きくする。この様な構成を採用する事により、上記課題を解決する。

Description
特に、請求項2に記載した車輪支持用ハブユニットを構成する軌道輪部材に於いては、金属板に打ち抜き加工及び冷間塑性加工を施す事により一体に造られており、上記筒部と上記フランジ部との連続部の肉厚が上記金属板の肉厚よりも大きい。
又、本発明を実施する場合、軌道輪部材を造る為の金属板の材質は、上述した実施例で例示したものに限定されず、各種のものを使用できる。

Claims (5)
- 筒部と、この筒部から径方向外方に折れ曲がったフランジ部とを有する、車輪支持用ハブユニットを構成する軌道輪部材に於いて、金属板に打ち抜き加工及び冷間塑性加工を施す事により一体に造られており、上記筒部と上記フランジ部との連続部の肉厚が上記金属板の肉厚よりも大きい事を特徴とする車輪支持用ハブユニットを構成する軌道輪部材。
- 筒部と、この筒部から径方向外方に折れ曲がったフランジ部と、このフランジ部の径方向内端部から軸方向に関して上記筒部と反対方向に延出する第二筒部とを有する、車輪支持用ハブユニットを構成する軌道輪部材に於いて、金属板に打ち抜き加工及び冷間塑性加工を施す事により一体に造られており、上記筒部と上記フランジ部との連続部の肉厚が上記金属板の肉厚よりも大きい事を特徴とする車輪支持用ハブユニットを構成する軌道輪部材。
- 請求項1〜2の何れかに記載した軌道輪部材を含んで構成する車輪支持用ハブユニット。
- 請求項1に記載した車輪支持用ハブユニットを構成する軌道輪部材の製造方法であって、金属板に打ち抜き加工及び冷間塑性加工を施す事により、筒部と、この筒部から径方向外方に折れ曲がったフランジ部とを形成すると共に、上記筒部を縮径させてこの筒部の肉厚を増加させた後、この筒部の肉の一部をこの筒部と上記フランジ部との連続部に向け塑性流動させてこの連続部の肉厚を上記金属板の肉厚よりも大きくする、車輪支持用ハブユニットを構成する軌道輪部材の製造方法。
- 請求項2に記載した車輪支持用ハブユニットを構成する軌道輪部材の製造方法であって、金属板に打ち抜き加工及び冷間塑性加工を施す事により、筒部と、この筒部から径方向外方に折れ曲がったフランジ部とを形成すると共に、上記筒部を縮径させてこの筒部の肉厚を増加させた後、この筒部の肉の一部をこの筒部と上記フランジ部との連続部に向け塑性流動させてこの連続部の肉厚を上記金属板の肉厚よりも大きくし、更にその後、この連続部の肉の一部を軸方向に関して上記筒部と反対方向に塑性流動させて、この塑性流動させた肉により第二筒部を形成する、車輪支持用ハブユニットを構成する軌道輪部材の製造方法。
