Abstract
【解決手段】血液検体3を収容した検体容器1を搬送する搬送路2と、検体容器に収容された血液検体の凝固を検知する検知ポジションP2と、駆動機構20によって昇降及び移動する回転体5と、回転体に設けられ、該回転体の下降時に搬送路を搬送中の検体容器を把持し、上昇時にその検体容器を搬送路から持ち上げるとともに、回転体の回転によって把持した検体容器を検知ポジションに搬送する複数の把持ハンド23を備えた血液検体搬送機構24と、把持ハンドが検知ポジションに位置したとき、把持ハンドを旋回して把持した検体容器のキャップが下向になるように傾ける把持ハンド旋回機構21と、検知ポジションに設けられ、傾けられた検体容器内の血液検体の凝固状態を光学的に検知する光学検知装置14とからなる。

Claims (4)
- 血液検体を収容し、上部開口をキャップによって閉塞した検体容器を、そのキャップを上にした状態で搬送する搬送路と、
前記搬送路の途中に設けられ、前記検体容器に収容された血液検体の凝固を検知する検知ポジションと、
前記搬送路と前記検知ポジションとの間の任意の位置に昇降及び移動自在に設けられ、駆動機構によって昇降及び移動する駆動体と、
前記駆動体に設けられ、該駆動体の下降時に前記搬送路を搬送中の検体容器を把持し、上昇時にその検体容器を前記搬送路から持ち上げるとともに、前記駆動体の駆動によって把持した検体容器を前記検知ポジションに搬送する複数の把持ハンドを備えた血液検体搬送機構と、
前記血液検体搬送機構に設けられ、前記把持ハンドが前記検知ポジションに位置したとき、前記把持ハンドを旋回して把持した検体容器のキャップが下向になるように傾ける把持ハンド旋回機構と、
前記検知ポジションに設けられ、傾けられた検体容器内の血液検体の凝固状態を光学的に検知する光学検知装置と、
を具備したことを特徴とする血液検体の自動検知装置。 - 請求項1記載において、前記血液検体搬送機構は、前記駆動体の周囲に放射状に設けられた把持ハンドが連続または間欠的に駆動して連続的に処理することを特徴とする血液検体の自動検知装置。
- 請求項1記載において、さらに、前記血液検体搬送機構の近傍に、凝固された血液検体が収容された検体容器と、凝固されていない血液検体が収容された検体容器とを分別する分別部が設けられていることを特徴とする血液検体の自動検知装置。
- 請求項1記載において、前記光学検知装置は、発光素子と受光素子とからなり、前記発光素子から発光された検査光が前記検体容器内の血液検体によって反射または遮光されたとき、血液検体が凝固されていないと判断することを特徴とする血液検体の自動検知装置。
