Abstract
【解決手段】 ケーシングと、前記ケーシングに受容されて駆動力を発生する駆動部と、前記駆動部の駆動力によってガスを圧縮しガスを吸入する吸入口と圧縮されたガスを吐出する吐出口が設けられた圧縮部と、前記吐出口を開閉する弁装置と、を備える圧縮機において、前記弁装置は、前記吐出口と連通された筒形状の内周面を有し、前記吐出口を通じて吐出された圧縮ガスを排出するように設けられたガス排出路と連結された弁体受容部と;前記弁体受容部に受容されて前記吐出口を弾性的に閉鎖し、前記圧縮部の圧縮ガスによって前記吐出口を開放するように湾曲形成された弁体と、を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (9)
- ケーシングと、前記ケーシングに受容されて駆動力を発生する駆動部と、前記駆動部の駆動力によってガスを圧縮しガスを吸入する吸入口と圧縮されたガスを吐出する吐出口が設けられた圧縮部と、前記吐出口を開閉する弁装置と、を備える圧縮機において、
前記弁装置は、
前記吐出口と連通された筒形状の内周面を有し、前記吐出口を通じて吐出された圧縮ガスを排出するように設けられたガス排出路と連結された弁体受容部と;
前記弁体受容部に受容されて前記吐出口を弾性的に閉鎖し、前記圧縮部の圧縮ガスによって前記吐出口を開放するように湾曲形成された弁体と、
を含むことを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 前記弁体は、前記吐出口を閉鎖及び開放する第1端部と、前記弁体が前記弁体受容部に対して回転することを防止するように前記弁体受容部と結合された第2端部と、前記第1端部と前記第2端部との間に設けられて前記弁体受容部の内周面と隣接するように湾曲された本体部と、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記第2端部は、前記本体部から外側に延長され、
前記弁体受容部の内周面には前記第2端部を受容して結合するように結合部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧縮機。 - 前記弁体受容部の内周面には、前記弁体方向に形成された突起部が設けられ、
前記第2端部には、前記突起部を受容して結合されるように突起受容部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の圧縮機。 - 前記弁体受容部の内周面は、円筒形状に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記弁体受容部の内周面は、円筒形状に設けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記圧縮部は、
前記駆動部によって、作動される可動部と、
前記吸入口及び前記吐出口が設けられ、前記可動部と結合されて吸入されたガスを圧縮する圧縮室を形成するシリンダーと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧縮機。 - 前記可動部は、前記駆動部に対して偏心されるように結合されて前記シリンダーの内周面と接触しながら回動するローラーと、前記シリンダーの内周面に伸縮可能に結合されて前記ローラーと接するベーンを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の圧縮機。
- 前記可動部は、前記駆動部に対して結合されて前記シリンダー内を往復運動するピストンを含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の圧縮機。
