Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の回転圧縮機は、内容積が異なる上・下部圧縮室、回転軸、回転軸に同一方向に偏心設置される上・下部偏心カム、上・下部偏心カムの外周面に最大偏心部が互いに対向するように配置され、これらの間にスロットが形成された上下部偏心ブッシュ、上・下部偏心ブッシュを選択的に最大偏心回転位置に切り換える係止ピンを備える。係止ピンは、結合穴の直径よりも略0.02mm〜0.06mm大きい直径を持つことから結合穴に圧入方式で結合される。また、結合穴と係止ピンにはねじ山部と非ねじ山部が形成されるため、係止ピンに伝えられる振動により係止ピンが結合穴から緩むことが抑えられる。

Claims (12)
- 相異なる内容積を有する上部及び下部圧縮室と、
該上部及び下部圧縮室を挿通するとともに、所定の位置に結合穴が形成された回転軸と、
前記上部及び下部圧縮室内の前記回転軸にそれぞれ配置されて、前記回転軸に対して偏心される上部及び下部偏心カムと、
該上部及び下部偏心カムの外周面にそれぞれ配置される上部及び下部偏心ブッシュと、
該上部偏心ブッシュと下部偏心ブッシュとの間に設けられたスロットと、
前記回転軸に設けられた結合穴に結合されて前記回転軸の回転方向に応じて前記スロット両端のいずれか一方に係止されるものの、直径が前記結合穴の直径よりやや大きめに形成されてこの結合穴に圧入方式で結合される係止ピンと、
を備えることを特徴とする容量可変回転圧縮機。 - 前記係止ピンは、頭部と胴部とからなり、前記胴部の直径は、前記結合穴の直径より略0.02mm〜0.06mm大きめに形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記結合穴は、内側部分に形成されたねじ山部と、入口部分に形成された非ねじ山部とからなり、
前記係止ピンは、前記結合穴のねじ山部と非ねじ山部に対応するねじ山部と非ねじ山部をそれぞれ含み、前記係止ピンが前記結合穴の内側部分でねじ結合され、前記結合穴の入口部分で非ねじ結合されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。 - 相異なる内容積を有する上部及び下部圧縮室と、
該上部及び下部圧縮室を挿通するとともに、所定の位置に結合穴が形成された回転軸と、
前記上部及び下部圧縮室内の前記回転軸にそれぞれ配置されて、前記回転軸に対して偏心される上部及び下部偏心カムと、
前記上部及び下部偏心カムの外周面にそれぞれ配置される上部及び下部偏心ブッシュと、
前記上部偏心ブッシュと下部偏心ブッシュとの間に設けられたスロットと、
前記回転軸に設けられた結合穴に結合されて前記回転軸の回転方向に応じて前記スロット両端のいずれか一方に係止されるものの、前記結合穴の内側部分でねじ結合され、前記結合穴の入口部分で非ねじ結合される係止ピンと、
を備えることを特徴とする容量可変回転圧縮機。 - 前記結合穴は、内側部分に形成されたねじ山部と、入口部分に形成された非ねじ山部とからなり、
前記係止ピンは、前記結合穴のねじ山部と非ねじ山部に対応するねじ山部と非ねじ山部を含み、前記係止ピンが前記結合穴の内側部分でねじ結合され、前記結合穴の入口部分で非ねじ結合されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。 - 前記係止ピンは、頭部と、前記ねじ山部と非ねじ山部が形成された胴部とからなり、前記胴部の直径は、前記結合穴の直径よりやや大きめに形成され、前記係止ピンが前記結合穴に圧入方式で結合されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 前記胴部の直径と前記結合穴の直径との差は、略0.02mm〜0.06mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の容量可変回転圧縮機。
- 可変圧縮動作がなされる圧縮室と、これらの圧縮室を挿通する、結合穴が形成された回転軸と、前記圧縮室内の前記回転軸にそれぞれ配置されて、この回転軸に対して偏心される偏心カムと、これらの偏心カムの外周面に配置される偏心ブッシュと、を含む回転圧縮機であって、
前記上部偏心ブッシュと下部偏心ブッシュとの間に設けられる、両端を有するスロットと、
前記回転軸に設けられた結合穴に結合されて前記回転軸の回転方向に応じて前記スロット両端のいずれか一方に係止されるものの、直径が前記結合穴の直径よりやや大きめに形成されてこの結合穴に圧入方式で結合される係止ピンと、
を備えることを特徴とする回転圧縮機。 - 前記係止ピンは、頭部と、該頭部から所定の長さだけ延長形成される胴部と、からなることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の回転圧縮機。
- 前記胴部の直径は、前記結合穴の直径より略0.02mm〜0.06mm大きく形成されたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の回転圧縮機。
- 前記結合穴の内側部分にはねじ山部が形成され、入口部分には非ねじ山部が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回転圧縮機。
- 前記係止ピンの胴部には、前記結合穴のねじ山部と非ねじ山部に対応するねじ山部と非ねじ山部がそれぞれ形成され、前記係止ピンは、前記結合穴の内側部分でねじ結合され、前記結合穴の入口部分で非ねじ結合されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の回転圧縮機。
