Abstract
【解決手段】 液晶表示装置1は、表示素子に対応して設けられ、感度Rを有し入射光を受光して電気信号に変換するフォトダイオード11と、静電容量Cを有し初期電圧Vが印加された状態でフォトダイオード11によって変換された電気信号に応じた電荷を蓄積するキャパシタ12と、キャパシタ12に蓄積された電荷がしきい値電圧Vth以上か否かを示す2値データを出力するSRAM13とを有して縦横に列設される複数の画素からなる画素アレイ部6と、隣接する画素から出力される2値データを基に多階調の画素データを生成する画像取込制御部5と、多階調の画素データを基に多階調の画像データを生成する表示コントローラ2とを備え、各画素において設定されるR、C、V、Vthの各値が、各画素に隣接する他の画素に設定される各値とは異なる。

Claims (5)
- 表示素子と、
前記表示素子に対応して少なくとも1つずつ設けられ、所定の感度Rを有し入射光を受光して電気信号に変換する撮像部と、
前記撮像部に対応して設けられ、所定の静電容量Cを有し、所定の初期電圧Vが印加された状態で前記撮像部によって変換された電気信号に応じた電荷を蓄積する電荷蓄積部と、
前記電荷蓄積部に対応して設けられ、前記電荷蓄積部に蓄積された電荷が所定のしきい値電圧Vth以上か否かを示す2値データを出力する2値データ生成部と、
を有して縦横に列設される複数の画素からなる画素アレイ部と、
N回の撮像によって縦p画素×横q画素の隣接する複数の前記画素から出力される前記2値データを基に多階調の1つの画素データを生成し、多階調の画素データを基に前記撮像部によって撮像された被写体の多階調の画像データを生成する信号処理部と、
を備え、
各画素において設定される前記感度R、前記静電容量C、前記初期電圧V、前記しきい値電圧Vthの各値が、各画素に隣接する他の画素に設定される各値とは異なることを特徴とする液晶表示装置。 - 前記縦p画素×横q画素の隣接する複数の画素において、前記複数画素の平均的な暗電流をI0、前記複数画素に含まれる特定の1画素における白標準被写体の反転露光時間をTw、前記特定1画素における黒標準被写体の反転露光時間をTb、前記特定1画素におけるN回の撮像のうち、n回目(n=1、2、…N)の撮像の露光時間をT(n)とすると、露光時間T(n)は数1および数2に示す演算数に従って算出される値であり、前記特定1画素において設定される前記感度R1を基準として、画素ごとの感度の変化量を決めるパラメータkが1≦k≦N−p×q+1の範囲内で設定され、他の画素において設定される前記感度R2〜Rp×qの各値を画素毎に異なる値にする場合は、当該感度R2〜Rp×qの各値は、数3および数4で示す演算数に従って算出される値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記縦p画素×横q画素の隣接する複数の画素において、前記複数画素の平均的な暗電流をI0、前記複数画素に含まれる特定の1画素における白標準被写体の反転露光時間をTw、前記特定1画素における黒標準被写体の反転露光時間をTb、前記特定1画素におけるN回の撮像のうち、n回目(n=1、2、…N)の撮像の露光時間をT(n)とすると、露光時間T(n)は数5および数6に示す演算数に従って算出される値であり、前記特定1画素において設定される前記静電容量C1を基準として、画素ごとの静電容量の変化量を決めるパラメータkが1≦k≦N−p×q+1の範囲内で設定され、他の画素において設定される前記静電容量C2〜Cp×qの各値を画素毎に異なる値にする場合は、当該静電容量C2〜Cp×qの各値は、数7および数8で示す演算数に従って算出される値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記縦p画素×横q画素の隣接する複数の画素において、前記複数画素の平均的な暗電流をI0、前記複数画素に含まれる特定の1画素における白標準被写体の反転露光時間をTw、前記特定1画素における黒標準被写体の反転露光時間をTb、前記特定1画素におけるN回の撮像のうち、n回目(n=1、2、…N)の撮像の露光時間をT(n)とすると、露光時間T(n)は数9および数10に示す演算数に従って算出される値であり、前記特定1画素において設定される前記初期電圧V1を基準として、画素ごとの初期電圧の変化量を決めるパラメータkが1≦k≦N−p×q+1の範囲内で設定され、他の画素において設定される前記初期電圧V2〜Vp×qの各値を画素毎に異なる値にする場合は、当該初期電圧V2〜Vp×qの各値は、数11および数12で示す演算数に従って算出される値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
- 前記縦p画素×横q画素の隣接する複数の画素において、前記複数画素の平均的な暗電流をI0、前記複数画素に含まれる特定の1画素における白標準被写体の反転露光時間をTw、前記特定1画素における黒標準被写体の反転露光時間をTb、前記特定1画素におけるN回の撮像のうち、n回目(n=1、2、…N)の撮像の露光時間をT(n)とすると、露光時間T(n)は数13および数14に示す演算数に従って算出される値であり、前記特定1画素において設定される前記しきい値電圧Vth1を基準として、画素ごとのしきい値電圧の変化量を決めるパラメータkが1≦k≦N−p×q+1の範囲内で設定され、他の画素において設定される前記しきい値電圧Vth2〜Vthp×qの各値を画素毎に異なる値にする場合は、当該しきい値電圧Vth2〜Vthp×qの各値は、数15および数16で示す演算数に従って算出される値であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示装置。
