Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a circuit sheet having a three-dimensional structure, a circuit component, and a method of manufacturing the same for use in a switch unit of a display panel or an operation panel for home appliances, a mobile phone, a portable information device, an automobile interior part, or the like.
Conventionally, when forming a circuit sheet having a circuit pattern on a film substrate having a three-dimensional structure, a general photographic method (ultraviolet exposure method) or a plating method is used as a method for producing a printed wiring board.
In the method of manufacturing a three-dimensional circuit molded body described in
In the method for manufacturing a three-dimensional electric circuit body described in
However, in the formation of a circuit sheet using a photographic method or a plating method, many chemicals such as an etching solution and a plating solution must be used in a process such as a roughening process of the resin surface. Used chemicals are a great burden on the global environment, and process environment conservation and management of used chemicals are complicated.
The transfer method requires the production of a transfer film on which a circuit pattern is drawn in advance, and the transfer onto the curved surface and corners of the substrate is difficult, so the shape of the substrate on which the circuit can be formed is limited. It was.
In addition, the circuit component described in

According to the present invention, when forming a circuit pattern into a three-dimensional shape, the circuit pattern is not disconnected, and it is not necessary to perform a complicated process such as electroless plating or transfer of the circuit pattern. The circuit sheet and circuit component having a three-dimensional structure can be manufactured by a simple process that reduces the load on the circuit.
In the following, embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail. FIG. 1 shows a three-dimensional molded
FIG. 2 shows a three-dimensional
The
Examples of the resin in the binder include polyester resins, urethane resins, epoxy resins, acrylic resins, acrylic urethane resins, polyolefin resins, and vinyl chloride resins. Of these, polyester resins such as polycarbonate resins, urethane resins, and epoxy resins are preferable in consideration of adhesion to the
When this polycarbonate resin is used as a binder, the weight average molecular weight is preferably in the range of 20,000 to 300,000.
The conductive paste includes a conductive powder. As the conductive powder, for example, non-metallic powder such as carbon black powder can be used. Further, as the conductive powder, metal powder such as noble metal powder such as gold, silver and palladium, base metal powder such as copper and nickel, or an alloy made of these metals can be used. The average particle size of the conductive powder needs to be 0.3 to 10 μm. When the average particle size of the conductive powder exceeds 10 μm, contact between the particles of the conductive powder in the paste decreases, so that the conductive paste containing such a conductive powder tends to cause poor conduction. It becomes difficult to use as. When the average particle diameter of the conductive powder is less than 0.3 μm, the particles are likely to aggregate together, so that it is difficult to uniformly print the conductive paste containing such conductive powder on the
