Abstract
【解決手段】 ラミネート材1Aには、絞り加工で凹部が形成され、凹部内に電池素子が収納され、開口を覆うようにラミネート材1A、1Bが電池素子を包み込むように折り込まれ、熱溶着等で折り込まれた状態が固定される。ラミネート材1Aは、ポリプロピレン層、軟質アルミニウム層、ナイロン層またはPET層の3層構成である。ラミネート材1Bも同様の3層構造を有するが、硬質アルミニウム層を有する。したがって、モードルドケースにセルを収納しないでも、ラミネート材1Bの強度によって、変形を防止できる。

Claims (9)
- ポリマー電池の電池素子を有する電池パックにおいて、
開いた状態の硬質の外装材に電池素子を載置して上記硬質外装材を閉じ、上記硬質外装材の両端が接合されることによって上記電池素子が包まれ、
両側面が外側に向かって膨らむ楕円状に成形された電池パック。 - ポリマー電池の電池素子を有する電池パックにおいて、
外装材が略同一のサイズの第1および第2のラミネート材からなり、
上記第1のラミネート材に形成された凹部に電池素子が収納され、
上記凹部の開口を上記第2のラミネート材が覆うように、上記第1および第2のラミネート材が重ねられ、上記開口の周囲がシールされ、
上記第1のラミネート材の上記凹部の底面の外側において、上記第1および第2のラミネート材のそれぞれの両端部が接合され、
両側面が外側に向かって膨らむ楕円状に成形された電池パック。 - 請求項2において、
上記第1のラミネート材の接合位置と、上記第2のラミネート材の接合位置がずらされた電池パック。 - 請求項2において、
上記第1および第2のラミネート材のそれぞれは、接着層、金属層および表面保護層が順次積層されてなり、
上記第1および第2のラミネート材の互いの上記接着層が対向して重ねられた電池パック。 - 請求項4において、
上記接着層が熱溶着接着層とされ、上記凹部の底面の外側において上記第1のラミネート材の上記表面保護層同士が熱溶着シートを介して溶着された電池パック。 - 請求項2において、
上記第1のラミネート材は、第1の接着層、金属層および第2の接着層が順次積層されたものとされ、
上記第2のラミネート材は、接着層、金属層および表面保護層が順次積層されたものとされ、
上記第1および第2のラミネート材の互いの上記接着層が対向して重ねられた電池パック。 - 請求項2において、
上記第1および第2のラミネート材がそれぞれ金属層を有し、
上記第1のラミネート材の金属層が上記凹部を絞り加工で形成することが可能な程度に軟質とされ、
上記第2のラミネート材の金属層が形状を保持し、外部からの変形に耐えることが可能なように、硬質とされた電池パック。 - 請求項7において、
上記第1のラミネート材の金属層が焼きなまし処理済のアルミニウムであり、
上記第2のラミネート材の金属層が焼きなまし処理なしのアルミニウムである電池パック。 - 請求項2において、
上記第2のラミネート材の表面保護層の外側および/または内側に文字またはパターンが印刷されている電池パック。
