Abstract
【解決手段】 磁性粉含有活性汚泥によって水処理を行う生物反応槽12と、生物反応槽から流出する活性汚泥懸濁液中の活性汚泥の一部を分離する磁気分離手段13と、磁気分離手段で分離した活性汚泥を生物反応槽に返送する経路17と、磁気分離手段から流出した活性汚泥懸濁液中の活性汚泥を分離する固液分離手段14と、固液分離手段で分離した処理水を抜き出す経路22と、固液分離手段で分離した活性汚泥を生物反応槽に返送する経路18と、系内から抜き出した磁性粉含有活性汚泥の活性汚泥と磁性粉とを分離する液体サイクロン15と、液体サイクロンで分離した活性汚泥を系外に導出する経路24と、分離した磁性粉を回収して系内に返送する経路25とを備えている。

Claims (5)
- 磁性粉を添加した磁性粉含有活性汚泥によって生物処理を行う生物反応槽と、該生物反応槽から流出する活性汚泥懸濁液中に含まれる磁性粉含有活性汚泥の一部を磁力によって液中から分離する磁気分離手段とを有する生物処理装置において、前記磁性粉含有活性汚泥又は活性汚泥懸濁液から磁性粉を分離回収する磁性粉回収手段と、該磁性粉回収手段で分離回収した磁性粉を前記生物反応槽に返送する磁性粉返送経路と、磁性粉回収手段で磁性粉を分離した後の残汚泥を排出する汚泥排出経路とを備えていることを特徴とする生物処理装置。
- 前記磁性粉回収手段は、液体サイクロンであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の生物処理装置。
- 前記磁性粉回収手段は、前記磁性粉含有活性汚泥又は活性汚泥懸濁液に対して可溶化・減容化処理を行う可溶化・減容化手段と、該可溶化・減容化手段で可溶化・減容化処理を行っている磁性粉含有活性汚泥又は活性汚泥懸濁液、あるいは、該可溶化・減容化手段で可溶化・減容化処理を行った後の磁性粉含有活性汚泥又は活性汚泥懸濁液から磁性粉を分離回収する液体サイクロンとを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の生物処理装置。
- 前記磁性粉回収手段は、前記磁性粉含有活性汚泥又は活性汚泥懸濁液に対して可溶化・減容化処理を行う可溶化・減容化手段と、該可溶化・減容化手段で可溶化・減容化処理を行っている磁性粉含有活性汚泥又は活性汚泥懸濁液、あるいは、該可溶化・減容化手段で可溶化・減容化処理を行った後の磁性粉含有活性汚泥又は活性汚泥懸濁液から磁性粉を分離回収する磁気分離手段とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の生物処理装置。
- 前記可溶化・減容化手段は、前記磁性粉含有活性汚泥又は活性汚泥懸濁液に対して超音波を照射する超音波処理装置であることを特徴とする請求項3又は4記載の生物処理装置。
