Abstract
【解決手段】 以下の工程からなる船上における廃水処理方法:廃水を表面濾過によって前処理し、前処理された廃水を混合タンクとしての第1容器に集め、任意に酸素を加え、廃水を第1タンクから3段階のバイオリアクターへ連続的に供給し、第2タンクで好気的廃水処理を実行し、廃水をバッチ単位で第2タンクから第3の密閉タンクへ移し、そこで脱窒素と固形物の沈殿が行われ、第3タンクからの水を沈殿タンクとしての第4タンクへ供給し、大部分の汚泥をバッチ単位で第3タンクから第1タンクへ再循環し、殺菌後、第4タンクからの水を微細濾過にかける。

Claims (9)
- 以下の工程からなる船上における廃水処理方法:
廃水を表面濾過によって前処理し、
前処理された廃水を混合タンクとしての第1容器に集め、任意に酸素を加え、
廃水を第1タンクからバイオリアクターへ連続的に供給し、
第2タンクで好気的廃水処理を実行し、
廃水をバッチ単位で第2タンクから第3の密閉タンクへ移し、そこで脱窒素処理し、第3タンクからの水を沈殿容器としての第4タンクへ供給し、
第3タンクからの汚泥をバッチ単位で一定間隔で第1タンクへ再循環し、
殺菌後、第4タンクからの水を微細濾過にかける。 - 第3タンクで水の不透明度を測定し、第3タンクに沈殿した汚泥の大部分を第1タンクに再循環し、不透明度計を制御することによって、澄んだ部分だけを第4タンクへ移すこと特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第3タンクに供給されるバッチが、第2タンクに毎時供給される廃水の量の約3倍に相当すること特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 第4タンクへ流入する前の廃水に凝集剤を計量・供給すること特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 微細濾過が膜濾過であること特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 処理済み体積流れの5%未満を余分の汚泥として廃棄すること特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 船上における廃水処理装置であって、特に請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法を行うための以下の構成からなる装置:
廃水を表面濾過するための濾過装置、
廃水を通気および/または混合する手段を備えた、濾過装置からの廃水用の第1タンク、
ポンプによって第1タンクから廃水が供給される第2タンク、この第2タンクは通気手段を備える、
第2ポンプを介して第2タンクに連結した気密の第3タンク、第2ポンプは第2タンクから第3タンクへ廃水をバッチ単位で送る、
第3タンクから第1タンクへの汚泥ポンプを備える再循環ライン、
オーバーフローまたは供給ラインを介して第3タンクに連結した沈殿タンク
微細濾過装置。 - 第3タンクがじょうご形ベースとじょうご形カバーからなること特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 沈殿タンクがじょうご形ベースとじょうご形カバーからなること特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の装置。
