Abstract
【解決手段】U形状のプラスチック輪郭からなっているコイルキャリア1は一次2および二次巻き線間の絶縁耐力要件を満たす材料厚さを有している。内側に配置された、巻回されたフェライトロッドはU輪郭の底部に近接して配置される。コイルキャリアの閉じられた側での内部容積は接着剤によりすでに充填されている。点火変圧器の内側の残りの容積は、1つの共通方法工程においてハウジングH内の点火回路Cとともに注入されているとき、一次巻き線4と長いロッドの点火変圧器Tの始めと終りでの2つの開口との間の示された残りの貫通間隔を通ってポッティング材料により後で容易に充填されることができる。

Description
Claims (4)
- 点火器ユニットに一体化された長いロッド形状の点火変圧器を製造するための製造方法であって、
(a)均一に配置された一次巻き線を有する長い形状の一次コイルフォーマと、
(b)前記一次コイルフォーマに埋め込まれたフェライトロッドに沿って平らに巻かれた二次コイルと、
(c)流体材料を絶縁するための貫通開口を有する前記一次コイルフォーマと、
(d)貫通開口として各巻き線間の間隔を有する一次層と、
(e)適用された絶縁材料の最小の絶縁耐力を設けるために前記一次および二次コイル間に最小の距離を設けているコイルフォーマと、
(f)前記一次および二次コイル間の空間を貫通している絶縁注入材料で点火変圧器および点火器回路構成を充填する共通の1工程を含んでいる製造方法。 - 前記フェライトロッドおよび二次コイルによって形成される前記ユニットが注入前に前記一次コイルフォーマ内に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記一次コイルが導電性リボンによりコイルキャリアのまわりに巻かれた螺旋形状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 間隔がU輪郭の開放された部分を交差している適用されたリボンのコイル巻き線間の距離から結果として生じていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の製造方法。
