Abstract
【解決手段】 中空状の巻胴部2外周に1次、2次間を区画するフランジ3aが形成され、かつ巻胴部両端のフランジ3に端子6が植設された端子台4がそれぞれ形成され、前記巻胴部2外周に1次、2次コイル7、8が巻回されたトランスにおいて、前記端子6を除く部分を絶縁性の樹脂9にて予めモールドし、モールド体にコア5を組み込む構成とした。

Description
図1は本発明に用いられるコイルボビンと、このコイルボビンに組み込まれるコア等の斜視図を示す。このコイルボビン1は中空筒状の巻胴部2を有し、この巻胴部2の外周には長さ方向に沿って適間隔で複数のフランジ3、3aが形成され、いわゆるマルチフランジタイプとなっている。なお、図中3aは複数あるフランジのうち、1次、2次間を区画するフランジである。
図4(a)は本発明の他の実施例であり、この実施例では、1次、2次間を区画するフランジ3aの中央部に溝aを形成し、1次、2次間の沿面絶縁距離を大きくし、かつモールドの際、溝a内に樹脂9を充填し、1次、2次間の絶縁を確実なものとしたことに特徴を有している。

Claims (2)
- 中空状の巻胴部(2)外周に1次、2次間を区画するフランジ(3a)が形成され、かつ巻胴部両端のフランジ(3)に端子(6)が植設された端子台(4)がそれぞれ形成され、前記巻胴部(2)外周に1次、2次コイル(7)、(8)が巻回されたトランスにおいて、
前記端子(6)を除く部分を絶縁性の樹脂(9)にてモールドし、このモールド体にコア(5)を組み込むことを特徴とするトランス。 - 請求項1記載において、前記1次、2次コイル(7)、(8)間のフランジ(3a)に溝(a)を形成し、1次、2次間の沿面絶縁距離を長くとることを特徴とするトランス。
