Abstract
【解決手段】継手1は、暗渠2,2′の対向する端面に固定される継手枠10,10′の対向する内主桁13,13′の間に内外二重に止水ゴム20(外側止水ゴム21,内側止水ゴム22)が水密的に架設配設されると共に、その内側に内周面カバーゴム30が継手枠10,10′の内周略全体を覆って配設されて構成されている。

Claims (5)
- 接続される暗渠の対向する端面にそれぞれ固定された暗渠周方向に連続する1対の継手枠体間に、可撓止水部材が周方向に連続して水密的に架設され、該可撓止水部材の変形によって該接続される暗渠の相対変位を許容する継手において、
弾性素材によって形成された内周カバー部材が、前記接続暗渠の内周面と略同一面で前記継手の内周を覆って設けられて構成されていることを特徴とする二次覆工省略型暗渠の継手。 - 上記継手枠体は、上記暗渠の外周と略同一外径で周方向に連続する外面板と、該外面板の外端部に当該継手の軸方向と直交して設けられた周方向に連続する板状の外主桁部材と、前記外面板の内端部に当該継手の軸方向と直交して設けられた周方向に連続する板状の内主桁部材と、前記外主桁と内主桁の間に板面を当該継手の軸方向として配設された縦リブ部材と、を備え、前記外主桁部材で前記暗渠に結合され、
上記可撓止水部材は、上記暗渠にそれぞれ装着された前記両継手枠体の対向する前記内主桁の間に架設配設され、
上記内周カバー部材は、その両側端がそれぞれ前記両継手枠体の前記外主桁と内主桁の間の内周側を閉塞して前記縦リブ部材に固定されて設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次覆工省略型暗渠の継手。 - 上記内周カバー部材は、その内周側から貫通して上記縦リブ部材に設けられた締着メネジ部材に螺合する締着ボルトによって周方向に連続する押さえ板部材を介して上記継手枠体に装着されており、前記内周カバー部材には、前記押さえ金具と締着ボルトの頭部を収容する収容凹溝が形成され、該収容凹溝はコーキング材の充填によって平坦化されて構成されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次覆工省略型暗渠の継手。
- 上記内周カバー部材は、上記継手枠体への装着部位が補強布によって補強されていることを特徴とする請求項1,2又は3に記載の二次覆工省略型暗渠の継手。
- 上記内周カバー部材には、当該内周カバー部材の上記継手枠体への装着後に前記継手枠体内に中詰め材を充填施工する注入孔が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2,3又は4に記載の二次覆工省略型暗渠の継手。
