Abstract

Claims (10)
- 複数の繊維複合材料層(30)と
上記繊維複合材料層の1層と接合部で接合する1層以上の高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(20,22,24)と
を備えるファンブレード。 - 前記高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(20,22,24)の弾性率が約13790〜96530MPaである、請求項1記載のファンブレード。
- 前記高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(20,22,24)の弾性率が約41370〜62055MPaである、請求項2記載のファンブレード。
- 前記高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(20,22,24)の引張伸びが約1.75%以上である、請求項1記載のファンブレード。
- 前記高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(20,22,24)の引張伸びが約3%以上である、請求項4記載のファンブレード。
- 前記高延性繊維複合材料ストリップが、第一方向に繊維が配向した第一の高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(22)と第一方向とは異なる第二方向に繊維が配向した第二の高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(20)とを含む、複数の高延性繊維複合材料ストリップを備える、請求項1記載のファンブレード。
- 前記第一方向がファンブレードの翼幅方向に対して45°である、請求項6記載のファンブレード。
- 前記第二方向がファンブレードの翼幅方向に平行である、請求項7記載のファンブレード。
- 前記高延性繊維複合材料ストリップは、第一方向及び第二方向とは異なる第三方向に繊維が配向した第三の高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(24)を含む、請求項6記載のファンブレード。
- 前記第一方向がファンブレードの翼幅方向に対して45°であり、
前記第二方向がファンブレードの翼幅方向に平行であり、
前記第三方向がファンブレードの翼幅方向に対して−45°である
請求項9記載のファンブレード。
