Claims (10)
- 複数の繊維複合材料層(30)と、
上記繊維複合材料層の1つとそれぞれが接合部で接合する複数の高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(20,22,24)であって、第一方向に繊維が配向した第一の高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(22)と、第一方向とは異なる第二方向に繊維が配向した第二の高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(20)と、第一方向及び第二方向とは異なる第三方向に繊維が配向した第三の高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(24)とを含む複数の高延性繊維複合材料ストリップからなる高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(20,22,24)と
を備えるファンブレード。 - 前記第一方向がファンブレードの翼幅方向に対して45°であり、前記第二方向がファンブレードの翼幅方向に平行であり、前記第三方向がファンブレードの翼幅方向に対して−45°である、請求項1記載のファンブレード。
- 前記高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(20,22,24)が、当該ファンブレードの前縁(12)、先端(13)及び後縁(14)から選択される部位に設けられる、請求項1又は請求項2記載のファンブレード。
- 前記高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(20,22,24)の弾性率が13790〜96530MPaである、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載のファンブレード。
- 前記高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(20,22,24)の弾性率が41370〜62055MPaである、請求項4記載のファンブレード。
- 前記高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(20,22,24)の引張伸びが1.75%以上である、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載のファンブレード。
- 前記高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(20,22,24)の引張伸びが3%以上である、請求項6記載のファンブレード。
- 前記高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(20,22,24)が、Sガラス、アラミド、延伸鎖ポリエチレン及びポリ(p−フェニレンベンゾビスオキサゾール)(BPO)からなる群から選択される、請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1項記載のファンブレード。
- 前記複数の繊維複合材料層(30)が、グラファイト繊維フィラメントをマトリックスバインダーに埋設したものからなる、請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載のファンブレード。
- 前記複数の高延性繊維複合材料ストリップ(20,22,24)の端部が、前記繊維複合材料層の端部と前記接合部で当接する、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載のファンブレード。
