Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明のチラー浄化装置20は、チラー10内の水槽11のドレインD1に接続されるものである。チラー浄化装置20は、ドレインD1に接続した導入管21を介して、水槽11に貯蓄された冷却水を濾過する濾過器22と、導入管21を介して冷却水をドレインD1から吸引し、その冷却水を濾過器22に導入すると共に、帰還管23を介して冷却水を水槽11に帰還させるポンプP2と、堆積物が軟化され易くなる性質を冷却水に付加する水処理器25と、を有することを特徴とするものである。水処理器25は、チラー浄化装置20内に位置する帰還管23に装着されているものである。

Claims (3)
- チラー内の水槽のドレインに接続された浄化装置であって、
前記ドレインに接続した導入管を介して、前記水槽に貯蓄された冷却水を濾過する濾過器と、
前記冷却水を、前記導入管を介して前記ドレインから吸引し、前記濾過器に導入すると共に、帰還管を介して前記冷却水を前記水槽に帰還させるポンプと、を有することを特徴とするチラー浄化装置。 - 前記冷却水に対して、該冷却水に含まれる堆積物が軟化され易くなる性質を付加する水処理器を有し、
前記水処理器は、前記帰還管に装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のチラー浄化装置。 - 前記水処理器は、周波数が時間的に変化する矩形波電流を発生する交流電源と、
前記浄化装置側に位置する前記帰還管に巻き付けられ、かつ前記矩形波電流を流すコイルと、を有し、
前記コイルに流れる前記矩形波電流により、前記帰還管内における前記冷却水中の堆積物の小粒子化が促進され、前記冷却水に含まれる前記堆積物が軟化され易くなることを特徴とする請求項2記載のチラー浄化装置。
