Abstract
【解決手段】送信レートを下げると、フレームが正常に送信および肯定応答される確率が高まる。現在のフレームの再試行回数が満了しないように、かつ、後続のフレームの送信レートに影響を及ぼさないように、現在のフレームの送信レートを漸進的に下げる。次のフレームは、信号品質によって許容される最高レートで送信しなければならない。開示する再試行回数満了回避アルゴリズムは、肯定応答が受信されない場合に現在のフレームの送信レートを下げることによって、再送信の信頼性を高める。肯定応答が受信されない場合、送信側ステーションは再送信状態に移行する。再送信状態に入った送信側ステーションは、まず、同じレートでのフレームの再送信を試みる。この「等レート試行」の回数を超えると、再試行回数満了回避アルゴリズムはフォールバック状態に入り、送信レートを漸進的に下げる。

Claims (10)
- データの伝送を制御する制御部と、
現在のフレームに対する肯定応答が受信されない場合に、前記現在のフレームに対してのみ再送信レートを下げるレート・フォールバック・メカニズムと
を含む無線通信装置。 - あらかじめ定義された回数の等レート試行が実行済となるまで、前記再送信レートを下げない、請求項1に記載の無線通信装置。
- 後続フレームの送信レートを、使用可能な信号品質に基づいて選択する、請求項1に記載の無線通信装置。
- 前記現在のフレームに対する肯定応答を受信する、または前記現在のフレームの再試行回数を超えるまで、前記再送信レートを漸進的に下げる、請求項1に記載の無線通信装置。
- 1つまたは複数のフレームを送信する工程と、
現在のフレームに対する肯定応答が受信されない場合に、前記現在のフレームに対してのみ再送信レートを下げる工程と
を含む無線通信方法。 - 前記再送信レートを下げる工程を実施する前に等レート試行を何回か実施する工程をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 後続フレームの送信レートを、使用可能な信号品質に基づいて選択する工程をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記現在のフレームに対する肯定応答を受信する、または前記現在のフレームの再試行回数を超えるまで、前記再送信レートを下げる工程を繰り返し実施する、請求項5に記載の方法。
- データの伝送を制御する制御部と、
現在のフレームに対する肯定応答が受信されない場合に、前記現在のフレームに対して再送信レートを下げ、後続のフレームに対しては前記送信レートを上げるレート・フォールバック・メカニズムと
を含む無線通信装置。 - あらかじめ定義された回数の等レート試行が実行済となるまで、前記再送信レートを下げない、請求項9に記載の無線通信装置。
