Description

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention is used in an operator's hand washing process in final washing or the like performed before packaging and shipment of food such as vegetables and fruits, or in other electronic, mechanical parts, industrial parts, industrial equipment washing processes, etc. It relates to a washing machine by hand washing.

Vegetables, fruits and other foods are taken directly into the human body, and therefore strict food hygiene management is required, and various devices have been proposed for cleaning them. Yes. As a general vegetable cleaning device, a conveyor for transportation is placed in the water tank, and a cleaning mechanism such as a wiping cloth, a plate brush, or a rotating brush is installed above the transport surface of the conveyor. There are some that remove dirt and deposits attached to the surface.

Conventional devices are designed to remove foreign substances attached to the surface of the object to be cleaned by rising air by placing a dedicated conveyor line in the water in order to process a large amount of vegetables, etc., aerating from the bottom of the tank. Most of them are large and expensive, and are used for primary cleaning in a state where soil or wrapping paper after harvesting is attached to the surface. On the other hand, for example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-9834, the applicant has proposed an apparatus that can reliably remove hair or foreign matters by paying attention to the arrangement and driving direction of the conveyor.
JP2003-9834 (Claims of the specification, FIG. 1)

In the apparatus disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-9834, it is possible to effectively remove foreign matters including human hair for root vegetables to be input. However, in this device, in the case of so-called roots such as radish, eggplant, cucumber and block-like items of a certain size, continuous washing is possible by conveyor transport, but leaves such as Nozawana, Takana and Chinese cabbage There is a possibility that effective cleaning cannot be expected even if this apparatus is used. Moreover, the apparatus of this patent document is equipped with a conveyor and is expensive to some extent. In addition, leafy vegetables, etc., sometimes have sand or soil bitten between the leaves, and when they are packaged and shipped, they are discovered during the consumption process and all lots are returned. The impact on corporate life can be seen in recent examples. Further, when human hair or the like is pinched and attached, it is extremely difficult to remove the hair, and in a large-scale treatment apparatus, there is a possibility that the attached hair is once separated and the floating hair or the like is attached again. Furthermore, there is an apparatus for effectively washing leaves and the like in fruit vegetables, which has never been low-cost equipment that can be easily obtained by a small-scale producer or processor. The emergence of such a device was awaited.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and one object of the present invention is to reliably clean fruit vegetables such as leaves, which have been difficult in the past, while being low in cost. It is an object of the present invention to provide a hand-washing machine for fruit and vegetable foods that can reliably remove foreign substances in the final cleaning in the cleaning process immediately before packaging. Another object of the present invention is to eliminate the possibility of reattachment of human hair etc. as much as possible, and it is possible to carry out washing in a state where there is no stagnation in the hand washing washing portion and a flow of washing water is always generated. It is to provide a hand washing machine for fruit and vegetable foods. Another object of the present invention is to provide a hand-washing machine that can be applied to hand-washing of other parts and equipment other than food.

In order to achieve the above-described object, the present invention provides a hand-washing tub 12 having a certain depth that is set at a working height, and a side of washing water from one end side (24a) of the hand-washing tub toward the opposing wall 24b. Injection means 14 that injects in the direction, a discharge portion 16 that is formed on the opposite wall 24b side of the hand-washing tank and discharges washing water from the injection means 14 to the outside of the hand-washing tank, and a trap that collects foreign matter in the discharged water A collecting mechanism, and a circulation mechanism 18 for injecting water from the discharge part as washing water from the injection means 14 again. The discharge part 16 includes an overflow part 34 formed at the upper end of the opposing wall 24b, and a hand wash. It comprises a hand-washing machine 10 for fruit and vegetable foods, which includes an upper surface of the bottom wall 22 of the tank 12 and a horizontally long slit hole 36 having a lower edge set at least at the same or lower position. Since a hand-washing tank of a size sufficient for hand-washing fruit and vegetable foods may be used, it may be configured with a compact structure. The specific shape of the hand-washing tank may be elliptical, circular, polygonal, or any other arbitrary shape. The work height may be set around the waist when the worker is standing, or may be set as a sitting position. The discharge part may have one or more horizontally elongated slit holes, or may be a slit hole extending in the entire width direction with respect to the water flow. The slit width may be arbitrarily set, but it is necessary to make the opening enough to ensure an overflow flow from the overflow portion.

At this time, it is preferable that a part or the whole of the bottom wall 22 of the hand-washing tub 12 includes a downwardly inclined portion 221 directed downstream of the water flow.

Further, the hand-washing tank 12 includes a corner body structure having corners 241A and 241B on both sides on the opposite wall 24b side, and the spraying means 14 sets the spraying direction at each corner to spray the wash water in an intersecting manner. It is good to have a plurality of nozzles 26a, 26b. The plurality of nozzles 26a, 26b that spray the wash water in an intersecting manner may be set lower than that including the central portion in the height direction in order to facilitate the action of the entire water in the tank. In the case where the nozzle is set so that the jetted water comes into contact with the bottom wall, it is preferable to separately provide a nozzle that generates a flow that strikes the opposing wall 24b in an orthogonal shape.

Further, long groove pockets 701 and 721 with openings 70 and 72 are provided in the flat portion 222 or the inclined portion 221 at the intermediate position of the water flow of the bottom wall 22 of the hand-washing tank 12 so as to communicate with the openings 70 and 72. Then, it is preferable to provide a discharge pipe 74 that discharges from the bottom wall to the lower side so that a higher specific gravity component in water is collected and discharged from the discharge pipe 74.

Further, the discharge portion 16 may include the overflow portion 34 provided at the upper end portion of the opposing wall 24b, the slit hole 36 provided at the lower end portion, and an intermediate opening 76 formed at the intermediate portion in the height direction. . The intermediate opening may be a round hole, a polygonal hole or the like as in the embodiment, but may be a horizontally long slit hole.

The present invention includes a hand-washing tub set to a working height and having a certain depth, jetting means for injecting cleaning water laterally from one end of the hand-washing tub toward the opposite wall, and the opposite wall side of the hand-washing tub A discharge part for discharging the washing water from the injection means to the outside of the hand-washing tank, a collection means for collecting foreign matter in the discharged water, and water from the discharge part is again injected as washing water from the injection means A discharge mechanism, an overflow portion formed at the upper end portion of the opposing wall, and a horizontally long slit having a lower edge at least flush with the upper surface of the bottom wall of the hand-washing tub By constructing from a hand washing machine for fruit and vegetable foods characterized by including holes, a fast water flow in one direction is always generated in a hand washing tank large enough for hand-washing fruit and vegetable foods, In addition, foreign objects with light specific gravity are overflow parts. High specific gravity foreign objects that sink to the bottom of the tank are surely discharged to the outside of the tank through the slit hole, so that it is effective and reliable not only for root and block fruit vegetables, but especially for leaf foods. It is possible to clean and remove foreign matter. Moreover, it can be manufactured in a small size and at low cost by a simple structure.

In addition, when a part or all of the bottom wall of the hand-washing basin is configured to include a downwardly inclined portion directed toward the downstream of the water flow, foreign matter returns to the water injection side by convection or circulation in the hand-washing tub. And is less likely to cause such convection or circulation, and thereby foreign matter can be effectively discharged from the overflow part or slit hole of the discharge part.

Further, the hand-washing tank includes a corner body structure in which the opposite wall side has corners on both sides, and the jetting means has a plurality of nozzles that set the jetting direction at each corner and jet the washing water in an intersecting manner. As a result, the cleaning water sprayed from the spraying means hits almost the entire surface of the opposing wall while colliding with the sprayed water from the respective spray nozzles at the front portion of the opposing wall, resulting in a certain amount of turbulent flow. In this case, the circulation flow or the convection is less likely to occur, and the foreign matter can be efficiently removed from the discharge portion to improve the cleaning efficiency.

In addition, a long groove pocket with an opening is formed in the flat or inclined part of the bottom wall of the hand wash basin at the middle or substantially at the full width, and a discharge pipe that communicates with the opening and discharges from the bottom wall to the lower side. Even if there is a case where the high specific gravity component returns to the water ejection source side by collecting the higher specific gravity component in the water and discharging it from the discharge pipe, It can be sucked and discharged below the bottom wall, and sand and other things do not stay in the handwashing tank, so that it is always possible to ensure fast flow of water in the handwashing tank and to clean the fruit and vegetable foods effectively. .

Further, the discharge portion is configured to include the overflow portion provided at the upper end portion of the opposing wall, the slit hole provided at the lower end portion, and an intermediate opening formed in the intermediate portion in the height direction. Foreign matter that floats on the inside of the wall and cannot be discharged from either the overflow part or the slit hole is surely discharged to the buffer tank side through an intermediate opening provided at an intermediate height, and washed by hand washing fruit vegetable food. Effectiveness can be secured.

Hereinafter, embodiments of a hand washing machine for fruit and vegetable foods of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The hand-washing machine for fruit and vegetable foods according to the present invention is an apparatus by hand washing that can be applied to, for example, the final washing process before package shipment, and can reliably wash not only roots but also leafy fruit and vegetable foods.

1 to 6 show a hand washing machine 10 for fruit and vegetable foods according to an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, the hand washing machine 10 for fruit and vegetable foods includes a hand washing tank 12, a collection mechanism 42, The injection means 14, the discharge | release part 16, and the circulation mechanism 18 are provided.

The hand-washing tank 12 is the main structural part of the hand-washing machine 10 such as fruit vegetable food of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 2, the hand-washing tank 12 has a working height at which a person can work while standing in front of the machine. Depth that is set and that can be washed by hand in one of the leaves, root vegetables, etc. containing pickled takana pickles and picked nozawana pickles, or food that has been cut into blocks. It consists of a tank body having. In the embodiment, the hand-washing tank 12 is formed of a three-dimensional rectangular tank body made of stainless steel or the like that is supported by a case-like metal machine frame 20 and has an upper surface opened and a bottom wall 22 and four peripheral walls 24a to 24d. The corner wall structure is formed in a solid rectangular shape that is long in the left-right direction, and the opposing wall 24b has corner portions 241A and 241B on both sides thereof, that is, one end side of the tank has a box shape and can be easily manufactured. It is like that. A buffer tank 15 is provided adjacent to the hand washing tank 12 supported by the machine frame 20. Of the pair of opposing walls of the hand-washing tub 12, one of the walls 24a is provided with the washing water jetting means 14, and the opposite wall 24b is provided with the discharge portion 16.

In the embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the bottom wall 24 a is connected to the inclined portion 221 that is inclined downward toward the downstream side in the direction of the water flow F and the inclined end of the inclined portion 221 and reaches the opposing wall 24 b. And a flat portion 222 formed in a flat shape. By including the inclined portion 221 in the bottom wall, the water after hitting the opposing wall 24b becomes a convection or circulation flow in the hand-washing tank, and foreign matter is prevented from returning to the water injection side, and such convection or Circulation flow can be made difficult to occur.

The jetting means 14 is a means for jetting cleaning water laterally from one end side of the hand-washing tank 12 toward the opposite wall side, and into the hand-washing tank 12 water having a fast flow rate in one direction from left to right in the figure. Washing off foreign matter adhering during manual scrubbing such as leaves in the tank while causing flow. In the present embodiment, the injection means 14 includes an injection pipe 28 having a nozzle 26 that opens to the right. In particular, in the present embodiment, cross-injection nozzles 26a and 26b each having an injection direction directed so as to cross each corner 241A and 241B from one end wall side are provided, and the surface of the opposing wall 24b as shown in FIG. On the other hand, the flow of water is generated toward the entire surface from the corner portion to the front portion, thereby preventing the generation of convection or circulation in the tank body. In the present embodiment, the pair of cross injection nozzles 26a and 26b are arranged near the inclined end portion of the inclined portion 221 of the bottom wall 22, and the water injected from the respective injection nozzles 26a and 26b collides with the front portion of the opposing wall 24b. Thus, the turbulent flow is set so as to hit almost the entire surface of the facing wall 24b while generating a certain degree of turbulent flow. Furthermore, in this embodiment, each cross injection nozzle 26a, 26b is provided so that it may become the injection water of the flow which flows in parallel with this flat part, contacting the flat part 222 of a bottom wall. These cross-injection nozzles 26a and 26b are required to be at least a pair in the sense of jetting in the crossing direction, but the number of nozzles may be set to any number as long as a pair of nozzles is secured. . Furthermore, in this embodiment, the other injection nozzles 30a and 30b are provided so as to be parallel to each other at the one end wall 24a and toward the opposing wall 24b, and a parallel jet water flow from the one end wall 24a toward the opposing wall 24b is generated. ing. Reference numeral 32 denotes a water replenishment pipe.

The discharge unit 16 is a discharge unit that discharges the cleaning water sprayed from the spray unit 14 to the outside of the hand-washing tank, and includes an overflow unit 34 provided on the facing wall 24b side and a slit hole 36 in the embodiment. The overflow portion 34 has an overflow promoting wall 38 that is installed at the upper end portion of the opposing wall 24b and that rises and expands in the overflow direction. The light specific gravity foreign matter floating on the liquid surface overflows to the buffer tank 15 side through the overflow promoting wall 38 and is collected by the filter case 40 having a large number of holes such as a wire mesh. On both end sides of the overflow promoting wall 38, direction plates 41 for collecting the water flow toward the center are provided obliquely so as to narrow the water flow width toward the downstream side. The slit hole 36 is a hole that is long in the lateral direction and is disposed at the center position in the width direction of the bottom wall, and discharges foreign substances having a component with a large specific gravity such as a sand component to the outside of the hand washing tank. The slit width of the slit hole 36 is a hole of about 0.5 mm to several millimeters, for example, and the length may be arbitrarily set. Foreign matter existing in the vicinity of the bottom from the high pressure side of the bottom wall portion of the hand-washing tank is discharged through the slit hole 36.

In FIG. 2, the buffer tank 15 is a tank that once collects the water discharged from the hand-washing tank 12 and recirculates it to the circulation pump side. In the embodiment, the porous collecting means 42 such as a wire net is provided at the middle position of the buffer tank. The lower chamber 152 is provided with a suction part of the circulation mechanism, and the upper chamber 151 receives water discharged from the discharge portion 16 of the hand-washing tank and passes it through the porous collection means 42. When foreign matter is discharged from the discharge portion 16 by flowing toward the 152 side, it is collected by the porous collecting means 42 and finally removed. In the embodiment, the upper chamber 151 is formed from a case body having an upper surface opening whose bottom wall is made of a metal mesh, and is received by the receiving portion 43 so as to be freely inserted into and removed from the upper chamber. A handle 45 is attached to the upper part of the case body. The upper chamber 151 is provided with a slit hole receiver 47 that protrudes from the outer surface of the opposing wall 24b and extends downward from the lower edge of the slit hole. The foreign matter discharged from the slit hole 36 is made of metal mesh. It is guided and discharged to the center side so as not to adhere to the outer surface of the opposing wall 24b. The lower chamber 152 is provided with an overflow pipe 44 with an open / close cock for maintaining the water level, and a drain pipe 46 with an open / close cock is also provided.

The circulation mechanism 18 is a water circulation means that collects the water discharged into the buffer tank 15 and pumps and supplies the water to the injection nozzles 26 and 30 to inject the water from the discharge portion again as cleaning water from the injection means 14. In the embodiment, the circulation mechanism 18 includes a return pipe 48 for returning water of the lower chamber 152, a pump 50 connected to the return pipe, and an injection for injecting high-pressure water from the injection nozzles 26, 30 connected to the pump 50. A tube 28. The tip of the return pipe 48 protrudes into the lower chamber 152, and a removable filter cap 52 is attached to the protruding end.

In the figure, 54 and 56 are cover plates, respectively, the cover plate 54 covers the spraying device mounting side of the hand-washing tank, and the cover plate 56 covers the upper side of the buffer tank 15 side. 58 and 60 are casters, and the landing height of the casters 58 on the rear side is adjustable with respect to the machine casing 20.

Next, the operation of the hand-washing machine for fruit foods and the like according to the embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. 5 as well. , 30 is caused to eject the washing water W in the lateral direction. In the hand-washing tank 12, as shown in FIG. 1, the spray cleaning water from the cross spray nozzles 26a, 26b is sprayed so as to come into contact with the upper surface of the bottom wall. And it collides in the near side of the opposing wall 24b, it becomes a turbulent state, and a flow strikes the substantially whole surface of the inner surface side of the opposing wall 24b. Therefore, the flow hitting the facing wall 24b consumes energy to some extent, and water near the water surface is discharged from the overflow portion 34, and water near the bottom wall is discharged from the slit hole 36 toward the buffer tank 15. Furthermore, in the embodiment, the parallel jet nozzles 30a and 30b create a flow in which the vicinity of the water surface is jetted in parallel toward the opposing wall 24b, thereby strengthening the unidirectional flow. And a fast flow in one direction can be made in a tank, without making a stay and a circulation flow form in a hand-washing tank. In this state, for example, if the leafy vegetables are soaked in the hand-washing tank 12, for example, by hand-washing, the foreign matter is surely separated by the water flow, and the hair and algae R foreign matter that easily floats on the surface of light specific gravity overflows from the overflow part 34. At the same time, foreign matters such as sand particles S having a relatively large specific gravity are present near the bottom wall and are reliably discharged from the slit hole 36 toward the buffer tank. Then, the water in the buffer tank from which foreign matter has been collected and removed by the porous collecting means in the buffer tank passes through the return pipe 48 of the circulation mechanism 18, the pump 50, and the injection pipe 28, and again in the hand-washing tank 12. Is injected into. In this way, a clean water flow tank is always maintained with a compact structure, and leaves can be washed efficiently. Therefore, the object to be cleaned can be held in the hand-washing tank 12 with both hands, and can be washed in a state where it is immersed in a fast flow as it is, and simple cleaning can be effectively performed. In addition, it is not a mere circulation with a hose hung in a large tank, but foreign matter collection assisting means such as an overflow part or a horizontally long slit hole, and those collecting means circulate water after removing dust and foreign matter almost completely. Therefore, fresh water is always supplied, and foreign matter removal can be surely performed.

As shown in FIG. 6, a filter member 62 such as a wire mesh is disposed on the buffer tank side of the overflow section 34 above the opposing wall 24b so that light specific foreign matter such as hair is removed in a separate removal process. Also good.

Next, based on FIG. 7 thru | or FIG. 9, although the hand washing machine 10-1 of fruit vegetables etc. of other embodiment of this invention is demonstrated, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same member as above-mentioned 1st Embodiment. Detailed description thereof is omitted. In this 2nd Embodiment, only the parallel injection nozzles 30a and 30b are provided as the injection means 14, and the cross injection nozzles 26a and 26b are not provided. On the other hand, openings 70 and 72 are provided in the bottom wall 22 of the hand-washing tank 12, which communicate with a discharge pipe 74 and are discharged to the upper chamber 151 side of the buffer tank 15. Specifically, long groove pockets 701 and 721 are formed in the flat portion 222 and the inclined portion 221 at the middle position of the water flow of the bottom wall 22 so as to be recessed in a horizontally long rectangular column shape over substantially the entire width. These openings 70 and 72 are provided in common communication with the discharge pipe 74. As a result, a higher specific gravity component in water that is highly likely to sink to the bottom wall is collected and discharged from the discharge pipe 74.

Further, in the present embodiment, the discharge portion 16 is formed in the intermediate portion in the height direction in addition to the overflow portion 34 provided in the upper end portion of the opposing wall 24b and the slit hole 36 provided in the lower end portion. An intermediate opening. In the embodiment, the intermediate opening 76 is formed by circular holes provided at substantially the same height level and spaced apart at an equal distance from each other, and a hollow trapezoidal discharge nozzle 78 projects from the buffer tank 15 side. . In the discharge nozzle 78, the peripheral surface of the upper section is formed as a tapered wall so as to be inclined downward so that the water discharged in the lateral direction is suddenly bent downward in the buffer tank. In the present embodiment, four slit holes 36 are spaced apart from each other. The slit hole 36 may be provided with only one slit hole over the substantially entire lateral width of the hand-washing tank 12, or may be installed in a number of 2, 3, 4 or 6 or more.

In the present embodiment, the wash water is ejected from the parallel jet nozzles 30a and 30b toward the opposing wall 24b, and causes a water flow from left to right in the drawing. At that time, the foreign matter floating near the light surface of the light specific gravity near the facing wall 24b is discharged from the overflow part 34 to the buffer tank side along with the overflow water. Further, foreign matters floating in the middle of the water, such as dust, nylon scraps, hair, etc., are sucked from the slit holes 36 and discharged to the buffer tank side. Even if the foreign matter that completely sinks into the bottom wall surface of the tank body, such as sand, is returned to the middle of the bottom wall by a slight circulating flow as shown in FIG. 8, it is sucked and discharged from the openings 70 and 72 of the bottom wall. It is discharged to the buffer tank side via the pipe 74. Further, sand components and the like in the vicinity of the facing wall 24b are sucked and discharged from the slit hole 36. Further, foreign matters that float inside the facing wall 24b and cannot be discharged from either the overflow portion 34 or the slit hole 36 are discharged to the buffer tank 15 side through an intermediate opening 76 provided at an intermediate height.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, a shampooing candy 80 is supported in the water of the hand-washing tub 12 as needed on a receiving rod 81 supported on a machine frame (not shown), and in this state, stagnation is performed. The block-shaped cut food M (for example, pickles such as radish and turnip divided into a size of about 3 cm square) in the washing basket may be washed manually.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 12 and 13, locking pins 82 are supported on the upstream side of the water flow, that is, in the embodiment, on the cover plate 54 side, and these hook-shaped locking pins 82 are made of, for example, Takana or Nozawana. If the root part of the leaf pickles M is locked and the leaf part is loosened by the water flow, it is possible to remove foreign substances attached to them more effectively by washing with hands.
