対向壁に仕切られた状態で手洗い槽に隣接して配置されたバッファ槽と、
手洗い槽の対向壁側に形成され噴射手段からの洗浄水を手洗い槽外に放出させる放出部と、
バッファ槽側に設けられ放出される水内の異物を捕集する捕集手段と、
放出部からの水を再び噴射手段から洗浄水として噴射させる循環機構と、を有し、
放出部は、対向壁の上端部に形成され水面付近の水を溢流させるオーバフロー部と、手洗い槽の底壁上面と少なくとも面一あるいはそれより下部位置に下縁を設定して手洗い槽外に水を通過させる横長のスリット孔と、を含み、
