Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の微細セル磁器質構造体は、磁器素地粉体を焼結することにより形成された磁器質のスポンジ状骨格を備え、該骨格の架橋太さの平均が1mm以下で気孔率が95%以上、且つ光透過率が8.5%/10mm〜10.0%/10mmであって、焼失可能な原型構造体に磁器素地粉体を含む陶土スラリーを含侵させ、900℃〜1300℃で焼結して形成されたことを特徴とする。本発明の光触媒磁器質フィルター2は、この微細セル磁器質構造体に酸化チタンを被覆して構成する。本発明の浄化装置は、この光触媒磁器質フィルター2を使って構成する。

Description
本発明の実施の形態1の浄化装置について図1(a)(b)に基づいて説明する。図1(a)は本発明の実施の形態1における透光窓を備えた浄化装置の断面図、図1(b)は本発明の実施の形態1における内部光源を備えた浄化装置の断面図である。

Claims (9)
- 磁器素地粉体を焼結することにより形成された磁器質のスポンジ状骨格を備え、該骨格の架橋太さの平均が1mm以下で気孔率が95%以上、且つ光透過率が8.5%/10mm〜10.0%/10mmの微細セル磁器質構造体であって、焼失可能な原型構造体に前記磁器素地粉体を含む陶土スラリーを含侵させ、900℃〜1300℃で焼結して形成されたことを特徴とする微細セル磁器質構造体。
- 前記陶土スラリーが、磁器原料を粉砕した平均粒径5μm〜20μm、最大粒径100μmの磁器素地粉体に水を添加したものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の微細セル磁器質構造体。
- 流れの中に置かれて異物を濾過することができ、請求項1または2に記載された微細セル磁器質構造体から構成されたことを特徴とする磁器質フィルター。
- 前記微細セル磁器質構造体の表面に酸化チタンを被覆したことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載されたことを特徴とする光触媒磁器質フィルター。
- 両端に流体導入口と流体出口が設けられるとともに外部に紫外線を透過できる透光域が設けられた容器と、前記容器の内部に収容された光触媒フィルターとを備え、前記透光域から受光した紫外線により光触媒フィルターが前記流体導入口から流入した流体を浄化して前記流体出口から排出する浄化装置であって、前記光触媒フィルターが、請求項4に記載された光触媒磁器質フィルターを平板状に形成したフィルターユニットで構成されたことを特徴とする浄化装置。
- 流体導入口と流体出口とが両端に設けられた容器と、前記容器の内部に収容され内部に円筒状空隙が設けられたリング状光触媒フィルターと、前記円筒状空隙内に設けられ紫外線を前記リング状光触媒フィルターの内面に照射できる光源を備え、前記光源から照射された紫外線によりリング状光触媒フィルターが前記流体導入口から流入した流体を浄化して前記流体出口から排出する浄化装置であって、前記リング状光触媒フィルターが、請求項4に記載された光触媒磁器質フィルターをリング状に形成したフィルターユニットで構成されたことを特徴とする浄化装置。
- 気孔率が95%以上のスポンジ状骨格を有し、該骨格の架橋太さの平均が1mm以下で焼結時には焼失する原型構造体に対して、平均粒径5μm〜20μm、最大粒径100μmの磁器素地粉体に水を添加した陶土スラリーを含浸し、酸化雰囲気下900℃〜1300℃で焼結し、半透明の磁器質でスポンジ状骨格を形成することを特徴とする微細セル磁器質構造体の製造方法。
- 前記原型構造体が、高分子化合物、あるいは天然素材の繊維または紙類から構成されたことを特徴とする請求項7記載の微細セル磁器質構造体の製造方法。
- 気孔率が95%以上のスポンジ状骨格を有し、該骨格の架橋太さの平均が1mm以下で焼結時には焼失する原型構造体に対して、平均粒径5μm〜20μm、最大粒径100μmの磁器素地粉体に水を添加した陶土スラリーを含浸し、酸化雰囲気下900℃〜1300℃で焼結し、形成された半透明の磁器質のスポンジ状骨格の表面に酸化チタンを被覆することを特徴とする光触媒磁器質フィルターの製造方法。
