Abstract
Description
【0001】

[Patent Document 1]
JP 2002-179367 A (FIG. 8)
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, it is very dangerous to get on the elevator car and perform cleaning work. Especially in the case of a group management elevator in which multiple cars are arranged side by side, the adjacent cars and counterweights move up and down. Therefore, it must be cleaned with great care.
[0007]
Then, an object of this invention is to provide the control apparatus of the elevator which a cleaning worker can perform the cleaning operation | work in a hoistway safely.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The elevator control device according to the present invention includes a cleaning operation mode in which a plurality of cars arranged in parallel in a hoistway and a cleaning operation mode is set in a state in which one of these cars is pulled back to a specific floor. When the cleaning operation mode is set by the cleaning mode setting means, the setting means and control means for controlling the suspension of the operation of the car adjacent to the car are provided.
[0009]
According to such a configuration, when the cleaning operation mode of one of the cars in the hoistway is set, the operation of the car adjacent to the car is in a resting state. Therefore, when a cleaning person gets on the car and performs the cleaning work, the cleaning work can be performed safely without worrying about the traveling state of the next car.
[0010]
In the above configuration, a travel switch for instructing the travel of the car in the cleaning operation mode is provided, and the control means keeps the travel speed of the car within a predetermined speed when the travel switch is operated. It is characterized by being regulated and operated. As a result, it is possible to prevent a risk that the car moves suddenly and quickly due to an operation error or the like, and the cleaner is shaken off.
[0011]
The travel switch is installed at a position where the cleaning surface of the hoistway in each car can be visually recognized. Thereby, a traveling switch can be operated and a car can be moved, confirming the cleaning surface of a hoistway within a car.
[0012]
Further, a tool mounting portion for mounting a cleaning tool is provided on each of the cars, and the lifting / lowering is performed by performing a cleaning operation on the car with the cleaning tool mounted on the tool mounting section. It is characterized by cleaning the inside of the road. Thus, the interior of the hoistway can be automatically cleaned by the cleaning tool attached on the car without the cleaning person getting on the car and performing the cleaning work.
[0013]
The elevator control apparatus of the present invention includes a cleaning operation mode setting means for setting a cleaning operation mode in a state where a plurality of cars arranged in parallel in the hoistway, and the cars are pulled back to a specific floor. When the cleaning operation mode is set by the cleaning mode setting unit, the control unit is configured to include a control unit that executes the cleaning operation in conjunction with each of the cars.
[0014]
According to such a configuration, each car in the hoistway is operated in conjunction with the cleaning operation. Therefore, while the cleaner is performing the cleaning work on each car, the adjacent car is used. Does not suddenly run from another direction, and can be cleaned safely.
