Abstract
【解決手段】 陰イオン交換膜を有する無機酸回収装置1と、無機酸回収装置1に無機酸洗浄廃液を供給する無機酸洗浄廃液貯槽4と、無機酸回収装置1により回収された無機酸3を貯留する回収無機酸貯槽5と、無機酸回収装置1に水を供給する水貯槽6と、無機酸回収装置1からの無機酸回収済廃液を貯留する最終廃液貯槽7と、最終廃液貯槽7からの無機酸回収済廃液を中和処理する廃液中和処理槽8とを備えている。

Description
無機酸および有機酸混合洗浄廃液は、無機酸回収装置1の廃液室1Aに供給され、水貯槽6からは水が酸回収室1Bに供給される。無機酸および有機酸混合洗浄廃液中の鉄、マンガン、アルミニウムなどの金属と共に含まれている硝酸、硫酸、塩酸などの無機酸3は、陰イオン交換膜2を通過して酸回収室1Bに流入する。このようにして、無機酸濃度が高まった廃液は、回収無機酸貯槽5に貯留され、次回のろ過膜モジュールの薬品洗浄に再利用される。

Claims (9)
- ろ過膜モジュールの薬品洗浄工程から排出される無機酸洗浄廃液を、陰イオン交換膜によって一方の室と他方の室とに隔てられた前記一方の室に供給し、同時に前記他方の室に水を供給し、かくして、前記陰イオン交換膜の作用により、前記無機酸洗浄廃液中に鉄、マンガン、アルミニウムなどの金属と共に含まれている硝酸、硫酸、塩酸などの無機酸を回収することを特徴とする、ろ過膜モジュールの酸洗浄廃液の処理方法。
- 回収した前記無機酸を前記ろ過膜モジュールの薬品洗浄に再利用することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の、ろ過膜モジュールの酸洗浄廃液の処理方法。
- ろ過膜モジュールの薬品洗浄工程から排出される有機酸洗浄廃液を、ナノろ過膜装置または低圧逆浸透膜装置からなる有機酸回収装置に供給し、かくして、前記有機酸洗浄廃液中に鉄、マンガン、アルミニウムなどの金属と共に含まれるシュウ酸、クエン酸などの有機酸を回収することを特徴とする、ろ過膜モジュールの酸洗浄廃液の処理方法。
- 回収した前記有機酸を前記ろ過膜モジュールの薬品洗浄に再利用することを特徴とする、請求項3記載の、ろ過膜モジュールの酸洗浄廃液の処理方法。
- ろ過膜モジュールの薬品洗浄工程から排出される、酸洗浄廃液を、陰イオン交換膜によって一方の室と他方の室とに隔てられた前記一方の室に供給し、同時に前記他方の室に水を供給し、かくして、前記陰イオン交換膜の作用により、前記無機酸洗浄廃液中に鉄、マンガン、アルミニウムなどの金属と共に含まれている硝酸、硫酸、塩酸などの無機酸を回収し、さらに、前記無機酸を回収した前記酸洗浄廃液を、ナノろ過膜装置または低圧逆浸透膜装置からなる有機酸回収装置に供給し、かくして、前記有機酸洗浄廃液中に鉄、マンガン、アルミニウムなどの金属と共に含まれるシュウ酸、クエン酸などの有機酸を回収することを特徴とする、ろ過膜モジュールの酸洗浄廃液の処理方法。
- 回収した前記無機酸および前記有機酸を前記ろ過膜モジュールの薬品洗浄に再利用することを特徴とする、請求項5記載の、ろ過膜モジュールの酸洗浄廃液の処理方法。
- 陰イオン交換膜を有する無機酸回収装置と、前記無機酸回収装置に無機酸洗浄廃液を供給する無機酸洗浄廃液貯槽と、前記無機酸回収装置により回収された無機酸を貯留する回収無機酸貯槽と、前記無機酸回収装置に水を供給する水貯槽と、前記無機酸回収装置からの無機酸回収済廃液を中和処理する廃液中和処理槽とを備えていることを特徴とする、ろ過膜モジュールの酸洗浄廃液の処理設備。
- ナノろ過膜装置または低圧逆浸透膜装置からなる有機酸回収装置と、前記有機酸回収装置に有機酸洗浄廃液を供給する有機酸洗浄廃液貯槽と、前記有機酸回収装置により回収された有機酸を貯留する回収有機酸貯槽と、前記有機酸回収装置からの有機酸回収済廃液を中和処理する廃液中和処理槽とを備えていることを特徴とする、ろ過膜モジュールの酸洗浄廃液の処理設備。
- 陰イオン交換膜を有する無機酸回収装置と、前記無機酸回収装置に無機酸および有機酸混合洗浄廃液を供給する酸洗浄廃液貯槽と、前記無機酸回収装置により回収された無機酸を貯留する回収無機酸貯槽と、前記無機酸回収装置に水を供給する水貯槽と、前記無機酸回収装置からの無機酸回収済廃液を貯留する中間廃液貯槽と、前記中間廃液貯槽からの廃液から有機酸を回収するナノろ過膜装置または低圧逆浸透膜装置からなる有機酸回収装置と、前記有機酸回収装置により回収された有機酸を貯留する回収有機酸貯槽と、前記有機酸回収装置からの無機酸および有機酸回収済廃液を中和処理する廃液中和処理槽とを備えていることを特徴とする、ろ過膜モジュールの酸洗浄廃液の処理設備。
