Abstract
【解決手段】 バルブユニット32とコールドヘッド33とを接続する4m連結管の両端にセルフシーリング・カップリング13,14を設ける。また、バルブユニット32と圧縮機とを接続する高圧配管35及び低圧配管36にもそれぞれセルフシーリング・カップリング37を設ける。これにより、バルブユニットを取り外し自在としたパルス管冷凍機が得られる。

Claims (2)
- パルス管を備えたコールドヘッドと、
該コールドヘッドに作動ガスを供給し、回収するための圧縮機と、
前記コールドヘッドと前記圧縮機との間に接続され、前記作動ガスの供給及び回収を制御するためのバルブユニットと、
前記パルス管に接続され、前記作動ガスの圧力変化と流速変化との位相差を制御するためのバッファータンクとを備えたパルス管冷凍機において、
前記バルブユニットを取り外し可能としたことを特徴とするパルス管冷凍機。 - 前記バルブユニットの取り外しは、各部の内部に前記作動ガスを保持した状態で可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパルス管冷凍機。
