Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a dislocation segment formed by twisting a plurality of superconducting tape wires, and more particularly, to a dislocation segment suitable for winding with high tension, and a superconducting application device using the dislocation segment. . Examples of the superconducting application device according to the present invention include a superconducting coil, a superconducting transformer, a superconducting cable, a superconducting magnet, and a superconducting current limiter.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a dislocation segment is known in which a superconducting tape wire forming a rectangular wire is sequentially dislocated one by one at regular intervals in the length direction, and is used for, for example, a superconducting coil or a superconducting cable. It is done. As an example of manufacturing such a dislocation segment, there is a case as shown in FIG. 12, for example (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

By the way, in the conventional dislocation segment, each superconducting tape wire constituting the dislocation segment has a shape-retaining tape with a specific location or all locations in the width direction of the dislocation segment for the purpose of preventing mutual displacement. The method of fixing individual superconducting tape wires by wrapping the periphery of the wire was adopted. Patent Document 1 discloses an example in which kraft paper is used as a shape-retaining tape.

There is a concern that this defective form hinders the directionality of the current flowing through the superconducting conductor and becomes one of the factors that deteriorate the superconducting characteristics. [Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is a dislocation segment made of a superconducting tape wire in which a superconductor is overlapped with a support, and the superconducting material constituting the superconducting tape wire when winding the dislocation segment. It is an object of the present invention to provide a dislocation segment that can prevent the occurrence of a corrugated portion in a conductor, and a superconducting application device using the dislocation segment.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The first dislocation segment according to the present invention is a dislocation segment formed by twisting a plurality of superconducting tape wires, and the superconducting tape wire is a tape-shaped superconducting conductor, a tape-like material disposed on the upper surface of the superconducting conductor. And a resin film provided so as to wrap up the laminate composed of the superconducting conductor and the support A.
[0016]
The second dislocation segment according to the present invention is a dislocation segment formed by twisting a plurality of superconducting tape wires, and the superconducting tape wire is a tape-shaped superconducting conductor, a tape-like material disposed on the upper surface of the superconducting conductor. A support B, a tape-like support C disposed along the lower surface of the superconducting conductor, and a resin provided so as to enclose the laminate composed of the superconducting conductor, the support B and the support C. It is characterized by comprising a film.
[0017]
The third dislocation segment according to the present invention is a dislocation segment formed by twisting a plurality of superconducting tape wires, and the superconducting tape wire is arranged along the upper surface of the tape-shaped superconducting conductor and the superconducting conductor. A tape-shaped support D, a tape-shaped stabilizing body arranged along the lower surface of the superconducting conductor, and a laminate composed of the superconducting conductor, the supporting body D and the stabilizing body. It consists of the resin film provided.
[0018]
In the above three types of dislocation segments, any superconducting tape wire constituting each dislocation segment is a laminate comprising a tape-shaped superconducting conductor and a tape-shaped support or stabilizing body disposed above and below it. It has a structure encased in a resin coating. Therefore, the individual superconducting tape wire is fixed at any position in the longitudinal direction by being fixed by the resin film from the outer peripheral side so that the superconducting conductor and the laminated body comprising the support or the stabilizing body are integrated. It is kept.
[0019]
At that time, the resin film is provided so as to cover the upper and lower surfaces of the superconducting conductor through the support or the stabilizing body, and to cover all the side surfaces of the supporting body or the stabilizing body and the side surfaces of the superconducting conductor.
[0020]
That is, each of the first to third dislocation segments according to the present invention has a structure in which a laminate comprising a superconducting conductor and a support or stabilizer disposed above and below the superconductor is wrapped with a resin film. Therefore, even if an external force is applied to the dislocation segment, the shape of the laminate does not collapse.
[0021]
Therefore, according to the first to third dislocation segments according to the present invention, when the dislocation segment is wound up, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of the corrugated portion confirmed in the superconducting conductor constituting the superconducting tape wire. Therefore, the superconducting characteristics can be stabilized.
[0022]
Since the superconducting application device according to the present invention uses the first to third dislocation segments described above, the phenomenon that the superconducting characteristics are deteriorated due to a problem caused by the wavy portion of the superconducting conductor can be solved. Therefore, stable superconducting characteristics are maintained over a long period of time, and thus a superconducting application device with high long-term reliability can be obtained.

[0080]
When producing the superconducting magnet, the tension during winding was 50N. The inventors have estimated that a wire misalignment of about 1.5 mm occurs in each superconducting tape wire constituting the 6-strand dislocation segment during winding. Such wire misalignment leads to the concentration of tension on one tape wire during winding, so the breaking strength of the superconducting tape wire used this time is 30-50N, and when the tension is concentrated on a weak part Was a condition where tension winding at 50 N was impossible.
[0081]
In addition, the high tension at the time of winding can increase the dimensional stability of the magnet, and can realize the residual winding tension on the winding frame when the magnet is cooled (the winding frame: FRP and the linear expansion coefficient of the wire are slightly higher). Since the wire is smaller, the winding tension of the wire is relaxed during cooling, so that the conductor can easily move when energized, but residual tension can suppress the movement of the conductor). Therefore, in this design, a tension winding of about 50 N was required.
[0082]
By using the dislocation segment according to the present invention, a tension winding of 50 N, which was impossible in the past, became possible, and a superconducting magnet could be manufactured as shown in the specification table. As a result of conducting an energization test in liquid helium, the superconducting magnet manufactured using the dislocation segment according to the present invention was able to generate a central magnetic field of 3620 G, which is a design value when energized at 300 A.
[0083]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the dislocation segment according to the present invention employs a superconducting tape wire composed of a resin film provided so as to wrap up a laminate composed of a superconducting conductor and a support or stabilizer.
[0084]
Therefore, according to this configuration, in any case, each superconducting tape wire is fixed by the resin film from the outer peripheral side so that the superconducting conductor and the laminated body composed of the support or the stabilizing body are integrated. Can keep.
[0085]
Therefore, the present invention makes it possible to provide a dislocation segment that can prevent the occurrence of undulations in the superconducting conductor constituting the superconducting tape wire when winding the dislocation segment.
[0086]
Moreover, according to the said structure, since it becomes possible to provide the function which supports the hoop force added to the tape single wire by electromagnetic force, for example, when it applies to a high magnetic field magnet etc., the dislocation segment which functions more effectively can be provided.
[0087]
Further, the dislocation segment having the above-described configuration contributes to the provision of various superconducting applications having excellent superconducting characteristics, that is, having excellent characteristics in which alternating current loss during AC current application is reduced and drift is suppressed.
