Abstract
【解決手段】ディスクブレーキ(10)が、摩擦ブレーキパッド(14,16)の摩耗を補償するための摩耗調節装置(54)を有しており、該摩耗調節装置(54)が、アクチュエータ(22;60;64)を有しており、摩耗調節装置(54)により、支持部(32)とブレーキディスク(18)との間の間隔を調節可能にした。

Claims (8)
- 自己倍力作用を備えたディスクブレーキであって、摩擦ブレーキパッド及び操作ユニットが設けられており、該操作ユニットにより、摩擦ブレーキパッドがブレーキディスクに対して押圧可能であり、自己倍力装置が設けられており、該自己倍力装置が、ディスクブレーキの操作時に、回転しているブレーキディスクから、該ブレーキディスクに対して押圧される摩擦ブレーキパッドに加えられる摩擦力を、摩擦ブレーキパッドを操作ユニットに対して付加的にブレーキディスクに対して押圧する圧着力に変換し、自己倍力装置が支持部を有しており、該支持部で、摩擦ブレーキパッドが制動時に、所定の角度でブレーキディスクに対して斜めに支持される形式のものにおいて、ディスクブレーキ(10)が、摩擦ブレーキパッド(14,16)の摩耗を補償するための摩耗調節装置(54)を有しており、該摩耗調節装置(54)が、アクチュエータ(22;60;64)を有しており、摩耗調節装置(54)により、支持部(32)とブレーキディスク(18)との間の間隔が調節可能になっていることを特徴とする、自己倍力作用を備えたディスクブレーキ。
- ディスクブレーキ(10)が、摩耗調節装置(54)のための電気機械式のアクチュエータ(22;60;64)を有している、請求項1記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 支持部(32)が、ブレーキディスク(18)からの間隔を調節するためのねじ山(42,44)を有している、請求項1記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 摩耗調節装置(54)のアクチュエータが、支持部(32)のねじ山(42)を回転させるための電動モータ(60)を有している、請求項3記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 摩耗調節装置(54)が、段階式駆動装置(62)を有しており、該段階式駆動装置(62)により、支持部(32)のねじ山(42)が段階的に回転可能である、請求項3記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 摩耗調節装置(54)が、切換又は付加切換装置(24)を有しており、該切換又は付加切換装置(24)により、操作装置(20)の力−又はモーメント作用が摩耗調節装置(54)に導入可能である、請求項1記載のディスクブレーキ。
- 摩耗調節装置(54)が、切換又は付加切換装置として分配伝動装置(24)を有している、請求項6記載のディスクブレーキ。
- ディスクブレーキ(10)が、摩耗調節装置(54)のための戻し装置(80)を有している、請求項1記載のディスクブレーキ。
