Claims (17)

  1. 生体適合性ポリマー及び500nm以下の平均粒子寸法を有する、生物活性微粒子セラミックの均質な混合体を備える、整形外科用組成物であって、
    前記生体適合性ポリマーは、ポリエチレン、ポリメチルメタアクリレート、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリウレタン、ポリ(L―ラクチド)、ポリ(D、L―ラクチド)、ポリ(L―共―D、Lラクチド)、ポリグリコライド、ポリ(ラクチド―共―グリコライド)、ポリ(ヒドロキシブチレート)、ポリ(ヒドロキシヴァラレート)、チロシン誘導ポリカーボネート、ポリ無水物、ポリオルトエステル、ポリフォスファゼン、ポリ(ジオキサノン)、ポリ(−カプロラクトン)及びポリグリコネートから選ばれ、
    前記均質な混合体は、担体溶剤によって、前記セラミック、前記ポリマー又はその組合わせ体を加工することにより得られる、
    整形外科用組成物
  2. 請求項1の組成物において、前記微粒子セラミックの少なくとも30%が100nm以下の平均粒子寸法を有する、組成物。
  3. 請求項1の組成物において、前記セラミックが100nmの平均粒子寸法を有する、組成物。
  4. 請求項1の組成物において、前記セラミックがnm乃至500nmの平均粒子寸法を有する、組成物。
  5. 請求項4の組成物において、前記セラミックがnm乃至100nmの平均粒子寸法を有する、組成物。
  6. 請求項5の組成物において、前記セラミックがnm乃至50nmの平均粒子寸法を有する、組成物。
  7. 請求項1の組成物において、前記組成物が、体積比で%乃至49%の前記セラミック及び重量比で51%乃至99%の前記ポリマーを備える、組成物。
  8. 請求項1の組成物において、前記ポリマーが、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリエチレン、ポリメチルメタアクリレート、ポリ(L―ラクチド)、ポリ(D、L―ラクチド)、ポリ(L―共―D、L―ラクチド)、ポリグコライド、ポリ(ラクチド―共―グリコライド)、ポリ(ヒドロキシブチレート)、ポリ(ヒドロキシヴァラレート)、チロシン誘導ポリカーボネート、及びその組合わせ体を備える組成物。
  9. 請求項1の組成物において、前記微粒子セラミックが、カルシウムを含むセラミックである、組成物。
  10. 請求項の組成物において、前記カルシウムを含むセラミックがリン酸カルシウムを含むセラミックである、組成物。
  11. 請求項10の組成物において、前記リン酸カルシウムを含むセラミックがヒドロキシアパタイトから成る、組成物。
  12. 請求項1の組成物で形成された所要形状の物品。
  13. 請求項12の物品において、荷重支承部材である、物品。
  14. 請求項13の物品において、前記部材が、椎間板インプラントである、物品。
  15. 請求項13の物品において、骨プレート、骨ねじ及び荷重支承の椎間板インプラントから成る群から選ばれた構造体を形成し得るような形状とされた、物品。
  16. 請求項1の組成物から形成された骨セメント。
  17. 請求項1の組成物において、前記生物活性微粒子セラミックは、前記生体適合性ポリマーマトリックス内に埋め込まれている、整形外科用組成物。
